Fox was SO helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant & easy encounter with anyone in customer service in my entire life.

The Rocket team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Responses usually within an hour. Very good experience.

Cheryl is the best customer service representative at RocketMoney App. The app is also great and I’ve been a user of it for over 3 years now (even since it was formerly Truebill). Great product! Highly recommend.

I’ve been with them since they were Truebill. They offer a great service, and they have wonderful support that are very transparent. I had an issue connecting an institution, and they jumped right in to help. They determined that it wasn’t something they could do at this time, and made sure to recommend that I unsubscribe from Premium if it wasn’t going to be able to help me. That action says so much to me. Their service provides so much value outside of this one issue that I will be using them for many years to come as I already have.

Big shoutout to Fox on the support team. You deserve a promotion and raise!

I'm just getting started on Rocket Money. I'd like to say that everything connected perfectly...but no. It took a few days to get all my accounts working, but after a while I was all connected, and I was able to genuinely find out where my money was going. I had two duplicate monthly withdrawals that I was able to get resolved. Then, I formulated a complete and helpful budget. When I contacted customer service, my representative could not have been more knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I've been very impressed with not only their product but even more so with their people.

I started using ROCKET MONEY just over a week ago and to say the least I am totally and absolutely overwhelmed by it. Every aspect of my finances is brought to me in easy to understand and precise accurate accounting. A question arose and I was immediately contacted by their support team with answers to every query of mine. My daughter, a CPA, now has reviewed the program and she has called “5 stars”

Cheryl was such a big help and was very patient with me and explained everything to me! She was quick and got the process done expeditiously. Great customer service!

Everyone has been so attentive to any questions I have and they always follow up and make sure I am squared away and ask if I need help with anything else. Customer service like this is hard to find anymore. I have nothing but positive experiences so far!

I was struggling to get my bank connected through plaid, used the online chat, sent a message and got a very quick response from Cheryl, who put a ticket in, and we got it resolved very quickly!

Rocket money is quickly becoming a great app to use! Their customer service team responded quickly when I noticed some duplicate transactions showing. They had it resolved within a couple days!

When I noticed that they didn’t have a specific feature that a competitor had, they forwarded me to a Feature team who took the time to understand exactly what I wanted as a customer! Very happy with their customer service.

Rocket money is the way to go! Check it out for yourself! Chat support is very responsive, always willing to work with you to have your problems resolved.

Rocket money was not helpful to me at all, so I reached out to cancel and they assured me it was canceled and directed me how to delete my account. I deleted my account as well. The next month… they charge me again…

I recently switched to Rocket Money for my budget and financial tracking. In getting oriented to the app I’ve had a few questions and need help with an operating issue. Their customer support team has been extremely prompt and helpful in every case. I’m delighted with the functionality of the app as well.
