Very effective process for completing the refinance the house.

Was the worst refinance experience ever!! Besides Reps who were clueless and passing around from one to another, was very annoying and time-consuming event! The closing was the worst as the title company we were sent to had no idea what we were doing there, Rocket Mortgage or their assigned rep forgot to sent material for signing! took over four hours to try and figure what they had going on!!

When my original associate retired two months into my application, time in which I needed time to arrange contractors, Nancy Alton seamlessly took over the process. She clearly explained each step and outlined the expected timeline, ensuring I always understood what to expect. Nancy was consistently available to offer professional advice and guidance, always responding promptly and with warmth.

They made all transactions simple and easy to follow. Elisa Berdych was the best. I am very thankful for all of her help.
