Fast and Reliable, but...

I had won one of their YouTube giveaways and it included 3 items. The third so far hasn't been delivered because I'm guessing it's out of stock or something. The main problem is that they don't inform you of the reason it wasn't delivered. Other two items were delivered pretty fast with a few problems that occurred on my end. I will tell you to make sure you read everything on the website because it really helps. I have also had several other deliveries that worked out really well. All in all it is a top notch company, but they need to work on their communication. I would like to have another way of knowing why my item was late other than waiting in a queue of 60 other people.
