SCAM!
Tried to order on two different occasions only to be booted off the video call multiple times. I video chat on my phone multiple times a week, so I know it's not my phone or connection. You get booted then they want you to re-schedule days later. I think the whole thing is a scam in order for them to get a free 10 business day loan. (The amount of time it takes to get a refund) I was wondering why these guys were cheaper than most of the other companies out there.
