I was looking for a better way to pay off my debt than the high interest rates. I filled out some online information and got a call from Rocketship financial. It’s not a pleasant thing to be doing, to try to get out of debt. It’s over overwhelming. When I was talking to the guy, he made a smart ass remark that I didn’t appreciate. I then told the gentlemen I didn’t appreciate his remark and I would find someplace else to do business.

The person who called after I inquired information was rude, refused to answer my questions, and hung up on me.

Rocketship advertises personal loans with loan interest rates. However in reality the true personal loans will carry very high interest-rates, I was quoted 22% one my 770 FICO score.

They will then pitch you a debt cancellation plan which will carry a lower payment but will also destroy your credit worthiness for years to come by defaulting on your existing loans or credit cards. This is in fact the "rate" they are pitching. The marketing makes no mention of this.

It is functionally dishonest.

I contacted Hamilton Wall in November 2024, he has assisted me with some financial matters and I have zero regrets. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. Hamilton is very personable and relatable. My future is definitely looking brighter as a result of the information and interactions we've had. One staff member called me back and did a soft pull on my credit. After I declined the offer, he was very aggressive and pushed me to take the offer after I refused. Very rude and hung up on me.

I was sold by "Bryan Harrington / Financial Strategist" who assured he'd be there with me the entire process. Once I was "sold" I could not get him to respond to an email or call. Horrible service. Find another way.

The senior specialist Ryan was absolutely amazing and he provided me insight and helped me get approved for The Freedom debt relief program and answered all my questions I had so he deserves proper recognition for the amazing service he provided.

It was an easy approval process. Ryan was able to get me the loan I was looking for with ease.

Hamilton the advisor was so through and patient with me. Going to save a lot of interest.

They are very nice and easy accessible. It has been less than 1 month and I have already received my first settlement. The relief of not having to worry so much is a great feeling!

Don't bother with these people. They send your typical fake check mailer offering a loan at a lower rate than your current credit cards and other debt. In reality, they're going to offer you a "debt resolution program" where they let your debts default and then negotiate your debt. Unfortunately, that will further damage your credit, the phone calls will begin and creditors can sue you--this company cannot protect you from lawsuits. The agent on the phone was very rude when I told him that I was not interested and told me that I was being combative simply because when he asked me about how I plan to pay my debt I told him that it was not his concern. I had to tell him multiple times that I was not interested in that program. Stay away from this deceptive company!

Ryan was very helpful by providing a solution to my situation. He helped with every step of the process and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to any one who needs financial help.
