We ordered Christmas signage and paid…

We ordered Christmas signage and paid in full. Robynne said she made a mistake and would replace it immediately. We took down our window campaign and Robyn just never delivered the replacement signage she promised. Robynne never replied call or emails. As a retailer without our window campaign was highly disappointing. We expected more from this supplier. We always pay in full upfront. We paid our graphic designer for the campaign but sadly 7 weeks later still nothing from Robynne.

From the onset she was attentive and very willing to assist. To get the correct material, to listen to my concerns and to put me at ease.
