I've been utilizing this exchange for the last two years. I detest bridging, and in some situations, this smart contract solution is far easier and quicker to use. I was surprised to have a paused transaction after two years of using this exchange because I had so many successful transactions. I contacted support, and they informed me that my money was secure, so there was no need to worry. Eight hours later, I believe an exchange partner they were utilizing had a defective contract, but it wasn't a huge concern because, as they claimed, my money was safe and it was eventually returned to my wallet. I appreciate their organization and the problems they resolve; they make my life so much simpler.

I’ve entered a wrong receiver address and RocketX support was so helpful I protecting my funds since the wrong receiver address is a token that i copied earlier. I raised a ticket and they asked for the address i initially wanted to transfer to and transferred my funds to that correct address. All this happened in like a hour. Definitely love the support.

Been in crypto since 2013 and never had better customer service till now. They spent time fixing a problem other swap sites and exchanges would not, and have not done for me, in the past. I recommend them over the others and look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Oh, and they did it really fast!

I use RocketX often so when it was taking longer than usual I contacted support. They were very fast and responsive and had my issue taken care within minutes.

My transaction took approximately 64 second to complete. That is very fast. Honestly, I was scared of using this exchange because I just came across it for the first time, but I intentionally gave a trial since I was transacting small amount. But I was surprised, everything was superb, I got my exchanged token. Thanks Rocketx

Quickly helped me migrate v1 tokens to v2, past the point they really had to do so. By far my best experience in crypto. Most companies won't even respond, if you are lucky enough to find a place to even send a request.
