Trustworthy and attention to detail
I got my bathroom done by Rockford one year ago, and I have had no problem with it since. The people working were super nice, and it was great to chat with Paul. So when I had to look for a contractor to increase the loft insulation I contacted them to get a quote. It is true that their price was significantly higher than the other quotes that I received. But just the attention to detail during the inspection made go with them again. During both jobs they kept everything clean at the end of the day, were communicative and adapted to various requests I had along the way. The final results was in both cases a fully professional result. You won't get a botched or rushed job. Everything will look and feels as it supposed to be. They are my default to go contractor for sure.

Fantastic new bathroom…
From my very first initial correspondence the service has been excellent. Paul came and measured up and I showed him some pics of what I was thinking. From that he pulled together an online basket for me to review the materials and see if it was to my liking. I received a detailed estimate and gave the go ahead.
Within 2 weeks they started my bathroom. The estimated time was 5 to 8 days and they did it in 6, which was amazing.
My bathroom was a complete rip out and refit. The guys were fantastic. Very prompt and reliable and always considerate. I was even able to work from home a couple of days and it wasn't an issue at all.
The final finish is amazing, it even surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend!! I will most certainly be using then again and again.
