Order took over a year to ship, i’ve moved since ordering and contacted rockitgames for help and they did absolutely nothing to resolve except state I should look into mail forwarding. What a disappointing joke of a business.

Same issues as others. Still haven’t received the collectors edition after almost a year. They’re terrible with updates and do nothing to remedy the situation.

Still waiting for my copy of Croc for PS5, which I bought an year ago. Other people with the same problem tried contacting them, to no avail

Lies after lies after lies. Maybe they had good intentions, but they were unable to deliver on their promise, more than once. And they leave worried comments unanswered, further making themselves look bad. They are worse than Limited Run. I will not be using this company again.

I bought a pre-order for the Switch collectors edition of Croc from Rock It Games over a year ago. At the time of my purchase, the release date was Q1 2025. Throughout the year, this release date moved further and further away. The very few updates they would share on social media would contradict each other, meaning they lied to customers at least once about the production status. Floods of questions to them on Twitter go unanswered; it is not a good look to ignore paying customers. At the start of this month, after I emailed them to complain, I was lucky enough to recieve email response from them with a "100% garuntee" that it will ship this year... now there is only one day left of the year, so it is safe to assume it was yet another lie. If it ever arrives, I *might* bump this review up to two stars.
