Rockland Federal Credit Union is a heartless, inflexible business. I would not recommend working with them in any capacity. I am highly disappointed by the way I was treated on the phone today by one of their employees. As a non-profit founder in the area for 10 years, I expected more from a locally focused company. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I can.

Absolutely horrible bank. I opened two accounts with them and deposited money into them, which is what you do with a new account. They then froze my accounts and disabled them, and no one can tell me why, where my money is, or when I will be able to access it. I am out thousands, and customer service is zero help. Do not open any accounts with this institution.

Yeah opened an account here . Bad idea . Will be closing it on Monday .

Totally unprofessional. Couldn’t even get help on their 800 hotline. Had to call back because the managers were all busy. What a joke I’m canceling. I wish enterprise was still here.

I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise Bank for over 30 yrs, they were sold to Rockland Trust and in just 1 month I know I do not like this bank. You can not call a department and speak to who you want to speak with, customer support tries to resolve all issues and will not transfer you to the proper department. they also do not solve the issue at hand. I do not like this bank!!!!

This is probably the worst possible bank on the planet. They have two massive problems that they need to resolve. 1. They put on money transfer transactions on hold each time even for a $1 transfer. 2. While performing any banking activity they need a one time code which can't be texted to the phone. For some stupid reason, the bank wants to call you and waste 3 minutes listening to automated system to fetch the code. The call takes several minutes and if you have unknown numbers silenced on phone then good luck you can't get the one time code.

I think this bank should change their name from 'RockLand Trust' to drop the Trust word. They have no trust on their own customer and with their horrible services, their customers can't have any trust on them. It just tops my list of horrible institutions that I have ever encountered in my life. Stay away from this bank if you want peace and convenient banking in your life.

Every time i have needed a Domestic wire the tellers are happy to help in the Revere Location, great customer service from them, however when it comes to the manager and the other Lady in the office, both of them in their comfy offices cant help and give every available reason why it cant be done. the manager even asked me to go to another location because its to complicated. it might be me but it seems their happy faces come out when one is not of Latino descendance.

'This Rockland Trust has customers that know how to use an inside ATM for their deposit.' Maybe these 'bankers' can cross train the Rockland Trust 'bankers' in Randolph on how to not, try to steal a members deposit! You report the clear apparent attempted theft & there is no follow up. 'Rockland Trust - where each relationship matters' all right! If they can allow the teller to deposit your money & steal it! Resemble Bank of America in Brockton! Please. Next time maybe he will use the Atm located outside the bldg. Smiles mofo's.

Unacceptable customer service. They make it extremely difficult to close your account and extremely difficult to get your money OUT! $ 2000 online transfer limit NOT acceptable!!!

Horrible. Run away. They will not let us transfer our money out of our Rockland account. They claim they stopped allowing this 2 weeks ago. Now, we have to mail them a notarized letter requesting our money.
Do not deal with this bank.
They had no problem receiving our money without a notarized letter. We are asking for our money back via the same way we sent it. Rockland said NO!
MAJOR Red Flag.

My account got hacked and they wouldn't be able to fixed it, disappointed , never more. tina
