Isobel and her team put together an amazing trip around Costa Rica for our family. We are just back and still on a high. They are very responsive and listen and support you all the way. Highly recommended.

The trip was so well organised from the moment we left until we arrived home. It was great to have the wee check in messages, just to be sure we had everything we needed over the course of our holiday. I'd definitely recommend RMW. This is the second time we have used them. Excellent service, giving real peace of mind.

We have used Rock My world several times and always find the help, guidance and touches great. For example the pre-holiday post which this time was a book about Athens. The messages to support whilst away are really great.

There were a few small things that needed corrected during the booking process because we had some slightly complicated arrangements. These were swiftly corrected.

We continue to like this company and will use them again.

Listened to our request and came up with some great options for specific dates and departures from two different locations. Communications were clear and timely and made the process stress free.

We received high quality service from the company but sadly our whole holiday experience was not the best we have had.

From the outset, Isobel led a charge to find the right holiday and with every proposal was refining to the point our exact brief was met - and ultimately exceeded our expectations. We hadn’t used a travel agent before but found the thought of booking a holiday with our toddler overwhelming given the choice of options. We contacted Isobel and were helped with some really great options that matched our specific last minute dates. We had never used travel advisors before but were struggling to find the 'perfect' holiday for my husband's 50th in October 2023. A colleague at work suggested Isobel at RMW and she exceeded all expectations to the extent that I wondered why I'd never sought help before. She listened to our wish list and guided us to the most amazing holiday ever. A truly magical location that even 2 years on, is the talk of so many of our family conversations. The whole experience was delightfully hassle free and sensitively tailored to our budget. We've come back to RMW this year and hope to be just as 'wowed'!

We used RMW for honeymoon after using them for our wedding abroad last year. Again such an excellent service and experience. They booked everything taking into consideration our preferences. They were always on hand for any questions. It was our honeymoon and them throwing in the lounge access was such a nice touch to start the holiday off. The hotels were all great (apart from one which they fed back to their supplier) and the flights were all smooth. We were on 12 flights so that is amazing however if any problems they were always on hand to support. They sorted all transfers which were perfect always waiting on us arriving. In most hotels we got an upgrade and the honeymoon decorations were a lovely touch. We got reminders on entry requirements and also when check in was open which was helpful as we were away for 19 days. I can’t recommend them enough it took the stress and worry out knowing they could help us if needed and were only a WhatsApp away. The price was also fantastic for everything included. Recommend to everyone and will use them again.

Stewart at RMW arranged a fabulous trip to Orlando for our family. He listened to what we needed and what we wanted to do, and arranged everything to suit us perfectly.

We had a couple of calls with him at different stages of planning which meant everything was sorted before we went and we could just relax and enjoy it once we arrived. His knowledge of the area and the parks was extensive, and gave us lots of tips for getting the most out of our time there.

We will definitely be back when we are planning our next holiday!

Rock My World Travel were fantastic helping my family book a special trip to Disneyland. They took the hassle out of booking everything from the hotel, park tickets, flights, private taxi transfers, meal plans etc. Leanne is a Disney expert and this shines through in her advice. Even once booked, Leanne messaged before (even sending a disney-inspired gift to the kids), during and after our trip to ensure everything went well and was always on hand if needed. Without the help of Leanne and team we would probably still be dreaming of this magical Disneyland trip so thank you!!
