Excellent staff in Gisborne
Your staff at your Gisborne branch are awesome to deal with. They get a 5 star. Your time taken to send an item to one of your shops is pretty bad really, took well over 3 weeks, closer to four. Your staff did tell me it would take a while to realise my expectations so you get four stars but you really need to look into time taken to get ordered stock to your shops, it should only be days not weeks

Unprofessional behaviour
We made a purchase of more than $2000 for our daughter. She had a gift card with around $30 that she had won in a music contest. The card was expired (we didn’t know) and the shop attendant wouldn’t allow us to use it. We found this behaviour and the manners of the shop attendant very rude and unprofessional. This should not be the way to treat a client.
