Absolutely amazing performance by Rocksolideliveries responding to my "very short" notice request to get a package to a Park Royal destination in London from my location in Bedfordshire by same day delivery to a very narrow time frame.

I cannot tell you how important it was that the package be delivered before closing time. (everyone else had turned me down.as the time frame was so short)

"Rocksoliddeliveries" picked up within an hour and delivered same day within a very tight time frame, as agreed. They took a screen shot the building at the point of delivery and the package in the hands of the person who took the delivery and their signature and this was emailed to me.

It is really possible, as it is written, to receive an instant quote for the requested service. Both by phone and by email. In my experience Adrian replied promptly and carefully. He cared that my shipment of a fragile object (a guitar) was done in the best way and very quickly with a door to door service. The price was very reasonable. Based on my experience I unreservedly recommend this delivery service.

Excellent service from start to finish. My product was delivered to me the same day and able to have contact with the driver for regular updates as this was a very long journey. The driver was very professional and friendly also. The person handling the booking was also professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. Where do I start. What an amazing example of the highest level of customer service I've received in a long time especially in these uncertain times. (covid 19). Adrian was so helpful and after some delays (on my part) they still collected and delivered our items in a very timely manner.

Excellent and quick service. Responded instantly when a VAT invoice was needed.

I rang late on Sunday night as had left my passport at home the day before a flight. Adrian was so helpful and communication was amazing. Wayne and his partner picked up and delivered the passport the following morning before 9am and were lovely. The price for the courier was fairly reasonable all things considered and I couldn’t recommend this company more. They are professional, trustworthy, quick and friendly. Thank you 😊

I was so impressed with the quality and speed of service. I needed an incredibly important document delivered overnight from Manchester to London, and Rock Solid Deliveries were absolutely perfect. Within an hour of calling (at 7pm at night) they had collected the document, and by 9am the next morning it had been safely delivered to the recipient in London. Really a fantastic service!! The driver even texted the recipient to let them know that he was almost there!

Adrian was great delivered a five-star service when it was needed.
