Horrific experience with this company so far. Bought a leg extension (the v2) in the summer of 2024. Since the moment it was purchased it has been faulty, the lower pad flicks upwards during any rep of leg extension, which causes severe issues during the rep. This was bought for my home gym as i’m unable to go to a public gym as i’ve been battling cancer for a number of years, this flaw in the machine makes it impossible for me to use the machine, as the movement of the pad has lead to issues with my knee during the movement. Ive attempted to make rocksolid aware of this multiple times, however i’ve been ignored for almost 2 years now, including them removing my negative review on their website. My current verdict, especially based on other reviews is to avoid this company at all costs.

Awful customer service. Told me my treadmill would be with me today, so my wife stayed off to take delivery for me. I kept asking for updates, but received nothing until 2pm when they told me it wouldn't be delivered until Monday. No apology. Not good enough.

Would give a zero if I could..avoid if buying a treadmill.Zero customer service..non existent
