Almost perfect
Almost perfect. I can’t fault their professionalism - except on one issue.
I ordered but when it arrived I decided to return it. I used the same box it came in and there was mono charge. All happened quickly and without issue.
I got on with my life. However, a few weeks later, I realised I hadn’t been reimbursed. I emailed them and they processed the refund the following day. I don’t think I should have needed to ask for my money back… surely they should build an automatic reimbursement in to their systems once the return has been processed.

Was received new bigger ring in 2 days time with engraving and pre paid envelopes. Everything of course free of charge. So I just send the smaller ring to them .
