The stand out of this company is the customer service. Can't fault it at all. Easy, fast, clear communication. Delivery times are exactly as stated with constant updates on status of delivery. Refund problems
Rings arrived, very well packaged and the rings were beautiful. They unfortunately didn’t fit, so we contacted the company and they said no worries, we will post the right sizes along with a pre paid pack to send the old ones back. 3 and a half weeks went by and the new rings didn’t arrive, I called every week to ask where they were and each week they said “the larger ring isn’t in stock and we are expecting it soon”. It got to late as I need the rings so contacted them and asked for a refund. This was no problem and I sent the rings back, over the next 4 weeks I had to keep calling and asking where my refund was, and each time met with we are processing it and you will get an email, no email came and no refund came through. I honestly believe if I didn’t keep ringing and asking for proof that it was being refunded that I would never have got my refund. From the date of purchase to my refund it took them 2 months. It’s such a shame cause I would have used them again but this refund problem made me never want to shop with them again and I suggest that unless you know your size really well them do not use this company

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry for the experience you received. This is not typical of the customer support we usually provide. Unfortunately, there are times when we do encounter stocking issues with a small number of rings in some sizes. While we are waiting for these to be made there often isn't anything to update as nothing significant happens until the ring is ready. We appreciate this can be a frustrating time. Refunds are usually processed when we receive returned items back. Depending on the banks involved, refunds can sometimes take time to clear. This is not an excuse but we would challenge the time period you report. Your order was placed on 22nd April, three months would take to late July and at the time of writing it is early June. We accept we didn't keep you updated as well as we could have and we apologise for the poor support you received on this occasion.

Very efficient, unfortunately the same can't be said for the postal service. My ring should have been delivered on a Friday, it finally arrived the following Thursday.

I ordered a ring as an anniversary…
I ordered a ring as an anniversary present for my husband, even though we measured his finger, the ring was too big so we asked to exchange it for the next size down. Unfortunately the width he originally wanted was out of stock, so we were offered an alternative, so went with the same design just a slimmer version. It’s a stunning ring and we’re very happy with it. Customer service was great, they always replied and were very helpful. Highly recommend!
