I just like the quality of clothing but I gave 4 stars because I bought some pants and the zipper was messed up and nobody moved got back to me to fix the issue so that was money wasted

Received a damaged item, and haven’t gotten an update, size way too big and shipping and delivery wasn’t the best my package had a hole in it when I received it and it had ink and stained marks all over the hood & joggers set. Highly disappointed and not a great experience for a first time shopper with this brand highly reconsidering in the future.

This brand is garbage
This brand is garbage, and I will never buy from them again. My son wanted a hideous sweat outfit, and because there was no way to try it on, we relied on the company’s size recommendation. It recommended a medium, yet the outfit was two sizes too big. Apparently, this is a known issue with this brand’s sizing.
What makes it even worse is the company’s solution: they’ll issue store credit, but I’m still expected to pay a $12 return fee for an item that was incorrectly sized based on their own recommendation.
Absolutely ridiculous. I have no interest in store credit because I will never shop with this company again. The $12 return fee is just the icing on the cake. Hard-up company! Save your money and shop somewhere that actually stands behind its products and sizing.

Some sizes are off by a lot
Some sizes are off by a lot. I purchased the StarLane Light Blue Stacked Flare Jean sz. 40 and they ARE NOT a 40 at all. They are final sale so I can't return them. I'm very disappointed because this isn't the 1st time I've shopped with them and the size didn't match what they were supposed to be.

Horrible!!!!!! I ordered a shirt $15 that was to large. I want to do an exchange for a smaller size and my store credit refund would be $3.90.
I mind well keep the shirt sell for $20.
Don't buy from this store. No refunds and your sore credit is 90% less than what you paid.

This is my 2nd purchase, and thier stuff is amazing the stacked pants I got weighs 2lbs cause baby they are genuine stacked. I also sole a pair on tiktik off my shop the black star jeans. This company has up to date stayles, prices are banging, and I love the the quality of their clothes.

Unfortunately I purchased a puffer jacket and the item was cancelled . Although my money was refunded I do think it not good for business to display a specific product and size available and it is not. I did try to order the item once more in hopes it comes in so we’ll see

I waited 17 days without any update on my package and emailed them asking about it got ai instead of an person got told it was coming then emailed again and they said same thing, Emailed for the third time and got told that they emailed me saying it was lost when I never got an email saying that!
