Wage-theft
The owner of this company commits wage-theft on new drivers, deliberately lying about the amount the shipper is paying for the shipment and under-paying the driver. He takes screenshots of the address without the payment on the contract and sends it to you, such that he can pocket the difference.
(Example: A load from New Jersey to Seattle, Washington was paying $13,500 and $8,000 for the return trip, but I was only paid $2,000 dollars for the job. I was supposed to be paid 30% of shipment.)
