ROC retinol correxion…made no difference at all.
A total waste of money.
I have been buying Roc eye balm for 4 years, never a problem. Purchased at shoppers drug mart New st and Appleby, Burlington Ontario, I returned the defective product and was given a new one (thank you). Went on vacation with new product and again was defective, returned to shoppers again explained that this was the 2nd defective eye balm and was told by the "Cosmetic Supervisor" that i used it and was trying to return it for a new one! I again explained that i had no other eye cream and had to use something!! Call Roc hotline and they were VERY aware that there was a problem with the container and have corrected it with a new container that actual works. They were willing to replace but I have to have and American address! I do not have one, nor should I, So the moral of the story is that Roc does not consider Canada worthy of a refund or replacement, however they have no problem taking our MONEY. I will no longer support this company.
I have been dealing with RoC since March 25, 2026, regarding a complaint about two RoC Derm Correxion Lip Volumizer products, and after approximately six months, I still have no final resolution.
I purchased these products based on RoC’s advertising claims. RoC advertises the Lip Volumizer as providing visibly fuller, smoother and more volumized lips in as little as 3 minutes, deep hydration for up to 48 hours, smoothing of fine lines around the lips, improved lip definition, and a 2X visible improvement in lip volume after 4 weeks of consistent use.
I used the products as directed, but I did not experience the results represented in the advertising.
I contacted RoC directly because the retailer’s return period had already passed. I cannot simply return the products to the drugstore now because RoC has spent months delaying the resolution of my complaint.
I have repeatedly been told that my complaint was escalated and that someone would contact me within one or two business days. The deadline passes, I follow up, and then I am given another timeframe. Most recently, I was told a specialist would respond within one to three business days. That timeframe passed as well.
This has been going on for approximately six months. I have provided the photographs, receipt and documentation requested by RoC and have cooperated throughout the process.
What I find particularly unfair is what I have experienced as a Canadian customer. I was told that RoC can assist customers in the United States, while my complaint as a Canadian customer has been delayed and passed around for months.
Yet RoC sells its products in Canada.
If RoC sells its products to Canadian consumers, there should be a proper and accessible way for Canadian customers to receive help and have legitimate complaints resolved. From my experience, being a Canadian customer has resulted in delays and limitations that I find completely unacceptable.
I was told that RoC cannot provide me with information about its Canadian distribution partners or visibility into what happens once a complaint moves outside its system.
I previously had a completely separate issue involving a RoC retinol eye cream where I discovered corrosion around the dispensing area inside the cap. I chose to give RoC the benefit of the doubt and tried to resolve that matter directly with the company.
The way this current complaint has been handled is alarming and has completely changed my opinion of RoC.
I am also concerned about the advertising claims for the Lip Volumizer and am considering reporting those concerns to the appropriate Canadian authorities for review.
I am posting this so other consumers, particularly Canadian consumers, can understand my experience with RoC’s product and customer-service process.
I am not posting this to sabotage RoC. I am sharing my documented experience because consumers deserve to know how complaints are handled.
Six months is enough. I have had enough of the runaround.
I've bought 2 roc derm correction and used it faithfully 5 night a week. What a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. It does absolutely nothing. I get better results with the ordinary skin care products and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Needless to say I will never spend another dime on ANY PRODUCTS they carry.
Bought the hydration replumping serum stick - supposed to hydrate and smooth out fine lines. I found no change after using 2x/day for a week. The ad promises fine lines diminished after 30 seconds, not at all. Rolls on easy, but left a tacky residu in it's wake. For +$40 bucks, dont waste your money

I have had the best experience with roc skincare. I received a damaged item amongst my online order and when I contacted roc customer services they went out of their way to rectify it.
Chad responded to my e mail immediately and replaced the item without any argument. I am so happy to receive a new pot of dual eye cream. Roc products have always been my favourite skin care products for many years now
The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic
A brand you can trust and efficient kind customer service willing to please. I can’t thank you enough
ROC skincare is the secret weapon in my beauty regiment. For ROC face wash , to eye and morning and evening moisturizing cream . ROC is the go to , for all of my Skin Care routine .
I think ROC is budget friendly and does what it is supposed to do . It is no instant magic portion . Over time and with a daily routine Roc has improved and made my skin glow .
Thank you Roc Skin & Beauty Products 🙏
RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream has NOT improved an increasingly deep, vertical line on my forehead between my eyebrows. I keep applying the cream and DON'T see an improvement. I know that everyone's body chemistry is unique, but for me, RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream is sadly NOT EFFECTIVE.☹️
it is now 2025 and I have the same experience over here in the Netherlands. They request you to send a message on their site with the promise to get back to you, mostly within a day.... I sent a message, 5 days ago and another 3 days ago.. I'm still waiting, and no where else to turn. The products I'm using until now are great though .
I really love ROC products but really disappointed with customer service. I needed info on a few of their products because I had a reaction. I received an initial response from customer service.... not answering my questions but asking for detailed product into. I sent everything they asked for and never heard back from them again. Not sure why companies don't realize how important customer service is to maintain loyal customers. What a turn off!
