Think twice before ordering form this…

Think twice before ordering form this company!!!
Placed an order May 13.
Emailed them May 18 asking for an eta. NO RESPONSE!
Email again May 20. NO RESPONSE!
Email again May 26. NO RESPONSE!
Left 2 voice messages as no one answers the phone. NO RESPONSE!
Received an email with a tracking #, but UPS says they have not been contacted for the p/u.
As of today I have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges.
I wish I would have read the reviews before! It seems that they have a history of doing this with their orders!!

Placed order April 14th

Placed order April 14th, said they would notify me when it was shipped. Today is April 23rd, have reached out to them 3 times within the last 2 days and have not received a response. They are leaving me no choice but to contact credit card company and cancell the charges

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS…

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY: Fake storefront.

They use Shop app - UPS to ship.

They send a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number, but the items are never provided to UPS.

The App says it delivered, but the Tracking says not been received.

Use the chat bot, call the provided number and left serveral voice mails and sent emails. It's has been over 6 weeks and no contact.

I have now reached out to my Credit card company.
