Took jewelery in for a simple weld…

Took jewelery in for a simple weld repair. They knocked out my diamonds, failed to reseat them, replaced some stones with cubic zirconia and I’m still missing more diamonds than I originally took it to them with. They’ve been unwilling to cooperate and provide insurance information for a 3rd party to repair their damages.

The owner thinks because I received my property and it “looks better” that his work is done and of good quality. The original weld task also needs redone. According to my statement of condition.

Been a multi month process and still no progress
