If there was a 0 it would of been…

If there was a 0 it would of been that.no exchanges.moisturiser too light for my complexion, obviously have to open to see colour.expensive mistake bad service...never ordering again regardless of other products I bought.other expensive brand will exchange ..lesson learnt.be aware before ordering..

Love the product

I was first given the Vit C cleanser as a gift. I used it and loved it. Got lots of compliments on my skin. So I ordered more on the website. I had a small issue with my order, I emailed customer service right away and they took care of everything. I could not believe how fast I my issue was taken care of.

Love, Love, Love ❤️

After reading an article about the Rodial cream that Princess Catherine is rumoured to be using I couldn’t resist the summer sale price to try it out, i do have sensitive skin so always a little worried using something new but I’ve had no reaction whatsoever and love the texture, sinks in quickly and a little goes a long way, too early to see any improvement but so far so good, also tried the Vit C and Oxygen masks which are both excellent and leave skin smooth and soft, I usually use Murad but loving this range and will continue to try different items.

I love the fast service but not the return policy

I love the fast service. I'm disappointed that I can't return the products now that I used them. Not sure why you can't return them. How are you going to know if they work for you or not if you dont try them first?
The banana low light is too light and the blush drops are too shimmery. They enhance all my texture. Pretty but not a good product for mature skin.

Very excited with Rodial

First of all, I love the products themselves. Then, I love the easy way to use them, I am particularly referring to creams that have this "pump up" function on their lid which lets the right amount of product to come out in an easy, practical way. Also, the analytical description at the site of what each product does, lets you choose the right one every time. Last but not least, it is very important that there are sets and opportunities to purchase mini sizes of the products before deciding which one you will get in full size. Well done Maria!!

Taken my money and they deny any order order exists

Placed an order over a week ago . Cost me £110 . No email received to confirm order . Chased them and they deny any order exits or payment taken even though I sent them proof from my bank . So I have no goods and no prospect of a refund. Pure theft .

Rubbish

Rubbish, would not cancel my order even though i ordered the wrong this and alerted them right after placing the order.

Nobody has picked and packed my order in 3 minutes.

What a waste of time and money.

Rubbish small companies like this.
