ROEN has just about the best customer service you could get and the best products. Everything I’ve bought from them has been of great quality. Everyone working there goes out of their way to make you happy. Would recommend.

Wonderful experience with ROEN! I bought a stunning tennis bracelet and it exceeded my expectations. It was elegant, timeless, and beautifully crafted. I will forever be going to ROEN for all of my jewelry. I have 4 bespoke rings from ROEN now, as well as a couple of their bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. Their customer service is absolutely above and beyond. Sherry is always able to bring my visions to life. The quality and prices of their pieces are also unbeatable. I have recommended everyone I know to ROEN and will continue doing so because they make the experience so effortless and enjoyable!

WATCHOUT!! This company is a total scam! They promise a bespoke service and product. However, they send you a cheap sample product, not the product that was detailed in the website and backtrack quickly once they get caught. DO NOT trust this company!!!

I contacted Roen at the suggestion of a friend who had their ring designed by Roen. When I was ready to start the engagement ring process, Renee and Sherry helped guide me through the design process. They were very helpful in customizing every aspect of the ring, which was helpful in deciding the beautiful details of the ring. Communication and shipping was very easy and I’m glad to have worked with Roen. My fiancée and I are very happy with the ring :)

I specifically wanted to work with ROEN because of their stellar reputation of being able to design and bring dream engagement rings into reality. I needed a trustworthy partner to merge an inherited stone with a modern design and James/Sherry worked with me on each step to ensure that the design and outcome were beyond satisfactory. Definitely give ROEN a call if you're in the market for jewelry; I'm excited to partner with them again to craft wedding bands eventually!

I've been with my significant other since high school—we just celebrated our nine-year anniversary earlier this month! Over the past year or so, I started sharing ring inspirations with him. I came across ROEN on TikTok after seeing the "secretly maximalist" post and instantly fell in love.

It had been hard for me to find a ring that felt both unique and timeless, but that post changed everything. Thankfully, my best friend sent it to my (now) fiancé, and I ended up with the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen (I might be biased, but it’s true!).

Hearing about my fiancé's amazing experience working with Sherry to create the ring made it even more special. Thank you for crafting something more beautiful than I could have imagined.

Sherry rescued our engagement ring!

We had met her initially when we did our initial round of shopping, but chose to go with another jeweler, not fully understanding why this other jeweler was offering a much lower cost. We found out the hard way! Slow turnaround between feedback, not being mindful of timelines, and designers who couldn't articulate the tradeoffs in the custom design that we were working on. They also ultimately produced a very poor quality ring that had production defects, was dull, and did not fit properly.

I only share that to articulate the many ways in which Roen was an outstanding, opposite experience. Extremely fast responses - we were able to meet her the next day when we decided we didn't want to continue with the other jeweler. Sherry was able to clearly articulate why my envisioned design had downsides on comfort and fit, and shared her much more professional observations to validate what I intuited was very bad quality of the first ring. Together we were able to land on a modified version of the Laguna ring that had all the unique features I cared about and also fits comfortably.

Roen was flexible with us dropping off the diamond between a hectic travel schedule (even being flexible about letting us hand it off at a more convenient location than their office) and was gracious with offering to defer the payment till we got the refund back from the previous jeweler. Sherry also did not once shame me for my obvious mistakes even though I deserved it! She's truly a professional when it comes to service.

The final ring is absolutely gorgeous and we are so happy with it. On the surface, Roen is more expensive than the other more well known jewelers in NY, but we learned intimately what drives that price difference and feel that it was extremely worth it. I wish I could go back and just have gone directly with Roen to start - it would have made the engagement preparation process much more fun!

It was the best experience to shop at ROEN. The customer service is personal, honest and fast and the quality of the pieces I own are stunning.

Had a bespoke engagement ring made here and couldn't recommend them more! James and Sherry were both great at communicating everything about the process and answering questions we had. Both are extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the work they do!

I really appreciated that they showed us unique diamond cuts they offer so we could find the perfect piece that we maybe didn't even know existed. The process was great (including a recent resize request that they handled promptly), and most importantly my fiancé loves her engagement ring!

My partner and I recently designed my engagement ring with Roen and had an amazing experience. We were able to go in person in NYC to look at different stones and talk through the design. Sherry gave great suggestions and it was super helpful as the process in general is overwhelming as someone who has never made a big jewelry purchase before. The final product is beautiful and well-built. We went to some other jewelers (local and chains ie Frank Darling) and found their pricing and quality to be inferior to Roen. We hope to come back for our wedding bands!

I worked with Shay at ROEN to do my wedding bands and "upgrade" ring earlier this year.

To be fair, I gave Shay a challenge by coming to her 2.5 weeks before my wedding in Italy, asking if she can help me with my wedding bands. Based on the time restriction, I had the mindset of "let's just get it done and do another wedding band later" but truly there is no need! Despite the time crunch, she asked (and executed) all the details for both me and my husband's wedding bands including engraving and other personal details.

For my "upgrade" ring - I had already gone through the ring shopping process previously so I knew what I liked / didn't like and I went to Shay asking for a "simple" solitaire emerald. There's no such thing as "simple" for Shay because her attention to detail is immaculate. Everything down to the band style, basket design, prongs (because there are different ones), etc. She was nothing but patient throughout this entire process. She even went above and beyond, sending me the CAD of the upgrade ring AND a CAD with the upgrade ring paired with my wedding band to ensure a flush fit. I got my ring in ~3 weeks and I am truly obsessed. This was a long winded way of saying the craftsmanship and attention to detail is spectacular and I can't wait to do more pieces with ROEN!

I have a few fine jewelry pieces from ROEN and I also designed my engagement ring with them. I knew they were the jewelers I wanted to go with for my engagement ring when I received my first pair of diamond earrings from them. The diamonds on those studs were so white and brilliant compared to the other diamonds I had from high end designer brands.

They were super involved in the engagement ring design process. I am picky and very particular on what I wanted my ring to look like and they were extremely patient and took the time to make multiple slide decks of design and customization ideas where I needed help. I really felt like the sky was the limit with my ring and I loved how involved ROEN was.

My friends who I have recommended ROEN too are also super impressed by the craftmanship and quality of the diamonds especially at a very reasonable price point. ROEN has earned themselves the title of my jeweler for life :)

I recently went through the process of buying a wedding ring and was completely overwhelmed before I found ROEN. I loved the experience of working alongside with the master jewelers, who were phenomenal and super helpful in helping me to customize the perfect ring. They were able to accommodate any personal preferences, which made me feel comfortable knowing I had made the right decision. My wife is absolutely in love with her ring and is constantly showing it off to all of her friends and family. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for fine jewelry!

I only have one word for Roen. Phenomenal. We worked with them to create a personalized engagement ring for my partner and my gosh, it was an awesome experience. From the craftsmanship to the service, it felt like James and Sherry were tailoring every single detail to fit our exact desire. They were also so accommodating with so many changes to the engagement date and proposal. I would to work with them again!!!
