Beware their initial contact people who…

Beware their initial contact people who tell you : "I'm sure we can help you, but let's get that credit card info out of the way". After that, you are assessed an enrollment fee and a monthly membership fee even if you decide their product and price is not for you. If you manage to contact someone by phone, they will not do anything they say they are going to do. The only way out is to dispute the charge through your credit card company, or just get a new credit card number, with all the disruption that causes. This company is beyond terrible.

I subscribed to this site to start by weight loss journey with a supportive team but it didn’t happen

I subscribed to this site in hopes to have them go on my weight loss journey but instead it didn’t go that way. I tried to call the company numerous times and never spoke with anyone who could speak clear English. I asked to speak with someone else and hers was better but had to repeat frequently due to the language. I then was directed to go the chat group on their website and did. I explain that I need to cancel my proscription of services with the company. I followed the steps as given in the month of February 26 and then I was charged the monthly membership fee again in April 26. Not in the month of March. When speaking with the company again today, they stated that service were never canceled properly. I asked the question of why was the membership not withdrawn in March but was in April. NO ANSWER! Just stated that I did not follow the website correctly. How did I not follow website when I didn’t get charged for March but then I get chard for April. Never would I recommend this company to anyone

I cancelled my membership within…

I cancelled my membership within minutes of finding out the real cost. I have contacted them and they refuse to refund my $39. It's not hundreds of dollars, but still something that I am paying for and not using. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I was researching their weight loss program. They advertise they took insurance. After I went thru the virtual interview and gave them my credit card information they informed me that they didn’t take insurance,..so I cancelled. Some weeks checking my credit card information saw the membership fee of 135.00 was charged I called spoke to a gentlemen who told me he could not refund my money or cancel the account by telephone,I would need to cancel thru their website I tried to cancel but their site kept telling me incorrect password even tho I changed the password several times .I sent I ate t and received a response on 3/13from Aizel Ann Royo replying that it had been escalated to tech support and I would hear from them well. Here it is 3/26 haven’t received any reply. I called on3/17 and was told someone from customer support would “get in touch” with me within 24/48 hr that time had also passed. So bottom line is I haven’t heard anything from anybody in this company regarding my refund of 135.00
So be very very careful with this company do not give any financial information until you have all the facts
