Appears to be the same experience as everyone here. I live in texas. Was trying to buy a funeral spray for my father in law's memorial. Not familiar with the area where it would be held, I used Google to find a florist nearby. ROGER Florist came up on top as the "Best Florist in Salado, TX." I browsed their site and then called them to place an order. I gave the man I spoke with the church address to the location where the memorial would be held, so the flowers could be sent there. He took my order and processed my payment. Later that day, I learned that the funeral home wanted the flowers sent there, even though we would not be at the funeral home at all, but they would bring them all over to the church together. So I called Roger Florist back and let them know i had to change the location. When i went to look up their number, i discovered they are located in New York! Why would they have processed my payment and accepted my order if they are clearly not even in the same state? They were closed when I called at 5 pm so i sent an email. I received a message the next day that said they cancelled my order due to it being undeliverable and my money would be refunded within 2-3 days. It has been a month and I have no money from them. I have called and sent umpteen emails and communicated with Denise, who is supposed to be their customer service. The last email response she sent asked, "have you checked your bank account? Your refund should be from Roger Florist." Really, Denise? No, I have forgotten to check my bank account. Ugh. Anyway, they ultimately stopped responding and just kept my money. I tried to contact them through Facebook, but you cant even leave a post there unless you are a "friend" and they only have 2 friends on their page. Obviously a scam. And how tacky to steal from grieving people! I hope they can be stopped and pay for their thefts!

Ordered flowers for funeral I could not attend due to sickness. They sent me no email as they told me they would. They said address on E Vassar in Fresno Ca. was not a deliverable address, that was a lie, so no flowers. They said they would refund my money, that was a lie.

TOTAL SCAM! They sound nice but take your money and run!

SCAM company. Ordered never got product. Called them ..they hung up on me twice. Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company. BEWARE OF ORDERING ANYTHING!!! Writing this review to protect others.

I'm so upset, I was waiting for the flowers to be delivered and nothing. It's a scam for sure. You can't not even find the store at Google maps.. I should have looked it before purchasing. It's a scam.

Don’t use this business!! Jan 19, 2023 I placed by phone a sympathy flower order to be delivered on January 20. The flowers were never delivered, and after contacting the company numerous times to request a refund to my credit card, they continued to tell me that they showed the credit had been issued-which it has not. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and am waiting to hear back from them. In addition, in spite of their website and email bragging about great customer service, there was no attempt made (by phone, text, or email) to let me know on the date of delivery that there was any problem or that the delivery was not made, and I was placed in the awkward situation of asking my grieving friend if she had received my flowers after I did not hear from her for several days. That’s horrible! Additionally, after several email exchanges about getting my money refunded, they have stopped responding. I have been more than patient awaiting resolution from them.

Why is this company's website still allowed to come up in a Google search. SHUT THEM DOWN!!! Multiple reviews showing they are a scam. People are paying for floral items that are not delivered. Company promises refunds and they never deliver. I realize I only lost $52.41 but I am still angry!!!

This company is a scam. They didn’t deliver my flowers. Was dealing with someone named Denise (that’s if it’s her name) she replied once, now completely ignored my emails about getting reimbursed. When I call the number now, no one picks up, or they pick up then hang up. I hope they get caught and serve time in jail.

Ordered flowers for an employee who had a new baby. They said they would deliver same day and let me know if there were any issues. 5 days later they contacted me to let me know the flowers were not delivered. THIS IS UNACCEPATBLE. By now the employee is at home and our chance to show them the company valued them has been ruined. I asked for contact info for manager and they would not give it to me.

DO NOT ORDER TOTAL SCAM. Get ready for the Karma to return Roger.

On February 3, 2023 I found Rogers Florists on google. I had to send flowers for a funeral. When you do a search for the town you want a florist at Rogers Florists come up, so naturally I assumed Rogers Florists was in that town. THEY ARE NOT! The day after my order I got an email from Rogers Florists stating they could not deliver my flowers and that I would get a refund. I never received credit on my card. I just got off the phone with my credit card company to dispute the charge, My credit company stated that Rogers Florists is a SCAM company and that they get many disputes involving them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered the same day. The next day when the flowers still had not arrived, I contacted them and was told that they were unable to deliver the flowers and I would receive a credit to my credit card. After numerous emails to the manager and now six weeks later, still have not received the refund. This business is a total scam!

Immediately took my money, then informed me a couple hours later that they couldn't deliver to the address I sent it to and would issue a refund. A week later, I contacted them again about my refund and their manager Denise reached out and said to contact her again if I hadn't received it in a couple days. I did so 5 days later and was told to check again because they had deposited it back into my account. I talked to my bank who assured me it hadn't been refunded. I sent several more emails and am now receiving no answers back from them. Luckily my bank is working with me to get a refund. If you haven't used these guys before, do yourself a favor and DON'T. if you've been ripped off by them as I have, see if your bank will work with you and report this business to the BBB. Total scam operators and I'm beyond disgusted.

Watch Out!!!!! This company never sent a confirmation email for my same day delivery of a floral arrangement I ordered that morning. So I called their customer service number and waited for five minutes listening to music. Finally when someone got on the phone, they directed me to a customer service area. The customer service person instructed me to send an email to them!!!!’ This was suspicious to me, so I went online and looked at their website again. I noticed that under their contact info they have about a dozen screenshots of texts and emails from Customers asking for cancellation of their order and refund due to not receiving their delivery. I then looked up reviews and complaints and they were listed as a scam. I sent an email canceling order. Called the credit card company alerting them to this situation. Update: This bogus operation/website charged my account, never cancelled the order, yet they never delivered the flowers. I set up dispute with my credit card and they credited me the amount this charged me. Buyer Beware!!!!

The people at Roger Florist are some of the most ignorant people I have ever come across. I placed an order for a sympathy buquet. They charged my credit card, never sent a reciept or the order. I had to call 3 times because they hung up me me and wouldn't let me explain why I was calling. I got send an email? To where moron? You hung up. Stay away from this business - they are not professional and are rip offs! Also research online indicates they are scammers.

Negative 1000 stars - I placed and order online. Used my debit card and before I realized they weren't a real company they charged my debit card. I called and was put on hold until the call disconnected. My account was charged $57.76. I received no flowers and called every number listed, no answer. I will keep putting this review out there. This is not legidimate business they are crooks. I don't even want to give them 1 star. I want my refund. I had to cancel my debit card afraid they would try and get more out of my account. This is not a company its a SCAM and a bunch of theives. I've lost my money.

Yet another scam, ordered get well flowers, for a friend who had surgery, received email from company stating they could not deliver to address provided. They came up in my search using complete address and zip code and that a total credit would be made to my account. To date nothing calls get hung up on and online customer service boots you out- another online scam😡
