Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!
I found the perfect notebook just a few days before a long trip. I ordered, hopeful but slightly doubtful it would arrive in time (the estimated arrival dates were the day of, and after, my departure), but put an order note asking if express shipping was possible.
It arrived the day before I was due to leave and was as beautiful as I hoped. It had now joined me for 4 months in Borneo where it’ll be filled with scientific sketches and research! Thank you!

Winter’s Tale construction problem

There was obviously a production problem in my Winter’s Tale. The slots on the base were too narrow to fit the pieces. It was a gift so I couldn’t send it back. It took a good hour to cut them wider with a craft knife and even then they are rather precariously balanced. The result is pretty but it shouldn’t have required all this effort.

Expensive for what it was

The item was far smaller than I'd realised so very expensive for what it was by the time I'd also paid for delivery.
