Ensure you read terms and conditions closely - they will not offer you a refund for change of mind if the item does not suit you. Only store credit. You will also be responsible for all return costs. Seems quite odd for a modern company to still run this way.
I have never written a bad review for any company before but as an e-commerce business owner myself, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service that I have received from Rogue Season. In all fairness, this was my second order placed with the company and my original purchase was seamless. However, I placed an order at the end of October and paid an additional fee for express shipping. The order was to be delivered to Canada and their website clearly states that express shipping is 3-6 days. When my order did not arrive after 6 business days, I reached out to their customer service team via email and was told that they would look into it. That was a couple weeks ago now and I still do not have an update. I have tried emailing them again and even sent a message on instagram but I have had zero communication back. I can understand that sometimes delays in shipping can happen but the lack of responses from their team makes me feel like they just took my money and I will not be getting my purchase. It's disappointing because it truly takes less than 5 minutes to provide good customer service and create a positive name for your company.
Avoid. I ordered a swimsuit and it was too small, so I contacted customer service for an exchange in size, but they wouldn't let me exchange because their exchange portal was “down”. So they made me go through their refund for store credit portal (THEY DONT OFFER CASH REFUNDS), which took away $40 of my store credit so when I go to reorder my swimsuit I will have to pay extra. I reiterated this to customer service but they completely ignored this issue. They dont give refunds (calling a store credit a refund is a scam), customer support is terrible, and just an overall bad experience. Please avoid and if you do order, be absolutely sure your item fits because if it doesn't you are going to be sorry.
