Avoid ROL
Don’t use ROL as a third party to book your cruise with P and O Ferries. I am trying to cancel the cruise I booked and get a refund. ROL say they won’t handle my query and refer me to P & O! So I go to P & O who refer me back to ROL. And im the customer stuck in the middle! Will someone please take responsibility. Ref 530547

I spoke to Oli who was extremely helpful in helping me book 2 cruises with you.
He checked out the different flight options regarding airports and flight class.
He gave me some very good advice regarding the cabins on the ships which was invaluable, he ensured that I got the best price available.
