Delays mania
My order got moved by so many months it almost missed two birthdays in a row and it was a 60th one so I wanted a nice gift and got delays instead.

Product delays and no customer support
I've waited 16 months for one order and another is still missing one item. I send inquiries to customer support and get a response that they'll get back to me soon. They never do. Roli ask me to review their products even when I haven't received them. I give them a poor review based on product delays and lack of customer service. They respond and again promise Customer Support will get back to me asap. Still nothing. Except they do try and have my reviews removed for being vexatious. They'll probably say that they are trying to respond to a large number of inquiries. They've said this for perhaps a year. Put on more staff! Very disappointing. I could not recommend purchasing anything from them.
UPDATE: I did get a response, and they've determined that this item was lost during transit. They said they have 'gone ahead and issued a replacement, which will be sent to [me] shortly. Then they send me an email to say I'm in batch 21 and it will ship in May... another 3 months! This company is absolutely useless.

Great products, rubbish service
Great products, worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Delay after delay with little or no communication. Took 12 weeks for my product to be delivered. Received 2 updates in that time. No contact number and takes 4-5 days to replay to emails. I’ll never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Zero Product Support
While the Seaboard Rise is an excellent example of MPE innovation and technology
The company has taken a turn to a more “let’s make music easy & fun” to almost elementary level. Synth software like Equator 2 , Cypher 2, and Strobe 2 have been left to gather dust on the virtual shelf. No firmware updates have been released for the Seaboard or the aforementioned software. I reached out to Roli support for some assistance with Strobe 2 a month ago and at the time of writing this review nothing but an automated response stating “we haven’t forgotten about you” I’ve sent several follow ups but nothing. If you’re a serious player or composer looking for MPE tech the Rise is excellent but now there are many choices with much better product support.

Australian Fullfillment Error still outstanding and now overdue.

Everything delivered by mid January 2026, EXCEPT in Australia there has been a warehouse fulfilment error, where many people that ordered the Roli Piano were sent the Piano M.
Roli have acknowledged the error indicating the Piano will be sent by early Feb, but it's now 16 Feb 2026.
Their (seasonally) unusually high number of inquiries has now become usual. The ticket responses haven't improved.
I wanted to learn the Piano in 2026, but even if I get my Piano, I now feel disappointed and unmotivated.
Roli have not done enough to keep me updated about correcting their delivery error.
Update: 19 Feb. No news of expected delivery date.
Update: 21 Feb #1 No News from Roli.
I would offer the return of the Piano M with a partial refund, IF it would speed up the delivery of my Piano.
Obviously, the warehouse delivery error means other customers got a Piano (mine for one) faster, or instead of, the Piano M.
Learning the piano was the most important step for me to improve my mental health.
If Roli can't deliver soon, I will have to invest in something else.
The heavy promotion of their devices on social-media, is disingenuous when they can't deliver for 3 months.
UPDATE 21 Feb #2 Email from Roli.
They have faults/ quality issues with some sensors. Replacement parts being sought and integrated at the manufacturing level. Indicated delivery time to be another 8-10 weeks.

Ordered the Airwave back in October for…
Ordered the Airwave back in October for a Christmas present for my son. Still haven’t received it or ANY correspondence from Rolli or answers to my email enquirers. Nothing.
At this point I’m assuming t that I’ve just given away my $300 out of charity to an ailing company with no customer service.

I am very excited about the Roli Air Wave. Coupled with a roly piano I have found this to be a very inspiring instrument to play. I’ve already started writing music for it, I’ve shared it with a bunch of kids that thought it was magic, and I can’t wait to play it on stage! It’s gonna be a show stopper! They care about money, not music.
I’ve spent thousands on gear from ROLI —
The Seaboard is fantastic. One of the most expressive instruments I’ve ever used.
The Airwave is not. It feels underdeveloped and more like a novelty than a refined tool. Mapping it to instruments and effects is a hassle, and the tower design forces it to sit dead-center in a studio, which creates real ergonomic and screen-visibility problems.
What really killed the experience was the wait. My Airwave was delayed three separate times, and I waited over a year to receive it. Communication during that period was minimal, and getting useful responses from support was difficult.
Product marketing often appears ahead of delivery readiness. As a customer, you end up buying into timelines that don’t hold up, which makes the process feel more like a crowdfunding campaign than a purchase from an established company.
Update: This review was previously flagged as “defamatory” by ROLI when these statements simply reflect my direct experience as a customer. This is reflective of their modus operandi, IMO—
Instead of taking accountability and making changes that would please customers, they seem to ignore complaints and instead prefer to leverage platform mechanics to get negative reviews removed — Which I find to be an illegitimate tactic. Because of this unprofessional experience, I’m changing this review from 2 stars to 1.

ALWAYS worth the wait
I see others complaining about delays in shipping and I always comment it is worth the wait. I have almost every product Roli has made in the last 10 years and I love each and every one!
A revelation
The Seaboard M is nothing less but a game changer.
It is literally a piece of pure inspiration.
I don't know why, but I find melodies and phrases, which don't come to me with a "normal" keyboard.
And the Synths are awesome - sound great and the controllability is very nice.
So well done.
No refund for return
Faced delivery issues by UPS.
So, Order returned to sender 1 month ago. Neither received my refund, nor any answer to my ticket request for the refund.
