I have had same problem as other reviewers. I am concerned this company is a scam. I ordered parts over 3 weeks ago. I had an email confirmation of order but no follow up email of despatch. Their email does not work. I have tried their web form but no response. I have called them daily and have had to leave voicemail, but no call back. On one occasion a person amazingly answered and said he would look into it when they got back to the office. I have heard nothing since.

Same issue. Ordered item 2 years ago. Still waiting.... Customer Service is Wack.

Ordered a remote control unit from this company on 8 may to this date I have still not received it despite numerous e mails all without reply.please do not buy anything from this company you will loose your money Keith ps I invite them to get in touch about refunding my money but I doubt thet will happen

Avoid.
Placed an order in good faith for a quick delivery. When it become apparent delivery was slow we emailed requesting to cancel the order and purchased elsewhere, We had no response for this request. The items was then delivered 2 weeks later. Have emailed to request a return & refund. No response to email and no contact number to call them on.

Horrible site DO NOT USE!!! Customer service is horrendous, there is no telephone number and they have not responded to my 5 emails sent direct and on their online messaging!
Ordered materials turned up 6 weeks later even after i had messaged to cancel order because delivery was not as advertised (Within 48 hours).

Spend money elsewhere "DO NOT USE" you have been warned!!

I invite - no challenge the company to call me with regards to my order #2052 to discuss my order, their customer service and this review.

Terrible service. Purchased a new roller door control panel online and paid £5.50 for delivery. Delivery app showed that the item had not even been sent. Contacted them multiple times via email and their website contact page for almost a week with no response. Sent them one final email telling them I was requesting a refund through my bank if I did not receive any response from them within 24 hours. All I got back was an email in response saying refund being processed. Looks like they just advertise items to take customer's money with no intentions of actually sending anything. Scammers, Avoid!
