The experience we had selling our house with Rolling Hills was outstanding. I would recommend Rolling Hills agency to anyone who has an Italian property suited to the foreign market. Our ( English speaking) agent Asia, was well prepared, professional and patient. She was able to resolve any problems, which occur when selling a centuries old property in a country with ever changing real estate laws. She made the whole selling

We put our property in Castiglion Fiorentino on the market in July this year thinking it may take a while to sell, but within a couple of weeks the lovely Asia had found us a buyer. The whole process went very smoothly with Asia keeping us up to date with everything. Nothing was too much trouble for her. As we live in England she dealt with everything for us. I can highly recommend the agency if you are looking to sell a property.
