The fitters, Bryn and Tom, were brilliant! The wrong garage door had been supplied but this was resolved very quickly. The work was completed to a high standard and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Fitters arrived on time and did the job and explained what they had done also gave instruction on how to use the controls also they let us know half an hour before they arrived.

It is a great looking product. Fitted on the day they quote. The old door was taken away and the site left clean and tidy.
I had to leave but trusted them to complete and post the key fobs. Which they did.

Initially seemed great, until we needed aftercare, after using the external override key for the first time the rod broke in 2.
Given the fitter wrote the direction to turn on it so I know it wasn’t turned the wrong way, after trying get intouch by phone and email numerous times we have had no response after providing pictures, really disappointed to be accused of using excessive force the rods are not fit for purpose and so flimsy.

Edit: several weeks later after they said there was a fault with the override key they promised to replace it, it is now over a month since last contact and no replacement

Fitters arrived on time . Very pleasant fitted quickly. Old door taken away and all garage left tidy pleased with door quiter than expected. Good experience all round
