As discussed, we do not actively track shipments. If a parcel is lost during transport with DHL or PostNL, it is usually the customer who discovers this first. Since we did not respond to your email within a few hours, you chose to leave reviews on several platforms and then sent us a reminder. We then informed you that we had opened a case with PostNL and would be sending you a replacement order. We regret that there is no understanding for such a situation and that you have chosen to share it publicly in this manner.
