Ordered and received my Rollz Flex walking stick holder within a week, fully tracked and all invoices online.

I haven’t yet had need to use it, but the clear instructions in the wee box made it was very easy to attach to the handle. Like all things Rollz it is sturdy and well designed.

Now that I’ve been regularly using it around my village and even on the bus once, I think it is wonderful coping with our footpaths and it’s had a few admirers too!

The literature describing the Rollz rollators made choosing one very easy. Ordering and delivery were as described and expected. The performance rollator itself is very sturdy and easy to use. The wheelchair is comfortable and can be assembled quickly and easily. I can definitely recommend this product. On the downside it was much more expensive than other brands and the rollator is bulky when folded so you need a large car boot - hence the loss of the star.

An incredible idea, works well. My wife can now join me on walks, starting with the Rollator then converting to a Wheelchair. So quick and easy to convert. Folds easily to go into the boot of the car.

The Rollz motion is just perfect. I purchased the small and it’s the perfect size for me. It’s given me some independence and confidence back which is priceless. Definitely recommend it to anyone with mobility issues.

A fabulous piece of design and engineering which was exactly what was required for my 94 year old father. Lightweight and adaptable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great customer service! One of the parts of my rollz had a fault - it has been replaced immediately!

I saw the Rollz Motion online whilst searching for a new walker for my mum. This seemed like a fantastic option as we always had to chose between the walker and wheelchair when going out. Mum has very limited mobility but still likes to walk as much as she possibly can. I enquired online as I was reluctant to make such a big purchase without trying it first. I was contacted the next day by a lovely lady from Rollz (Shalon Manifield). We discussed mum’s requirements and made an appointment for Shalon to call round and show us the different options. Shalon was so lovely with mum and took the time to explain all of the different features and demonstrate the various options. Shalon talked through the pros and cons of all the options and there was no pressure to make a decision there and then. Shalon left her card and I messaged quite a few times with questions. She always responded quickly even when she wasn’t working and as soon as we made a decision she processed the order promptly and kept us up to date on delivery times. Mum is so pleased with the Rollz Motion. It has made such a difference as it means mum can still have a little walk but when that becomes too much we can just convert it to the chair and carry on with our walk. The Rollz Motion is very well made and mum finds it a lot more comfortable than her previous walkers. It literally takes seconds to convert to a wheelchair and is easy to manoeuvre. A big issue for mum was the way it looked as she still wanted something that looked feminine. We ordered the Island Blue option and it is perfect. This has been a game changer for us and I would highly recommend it!

The initial Rollator/wheelchair delivered was damaged. I reported this and sent photographs as requsted. A replacement was sent promptly and arrangements were made for the original one to be collected.
It has since been admired by friends and neighbours.
It proved very useful on a short break in Devon. I was able to use it as a rollator, but when I had walked as much as I could my companion pushed me in the chair till i was able to resume walking.
Before I used a stick and was limited in the distance I could cover. Now i can walk much further.
I will be going to Amstedam on Eurostar next week. It has been easy to get on and off buses. I will be able to report how I fare on trains.
PS. It has all the bells and whistles (i.e. refinements) to make it satisfactory for men. Most women would probably find it too heavy to use unaided. I am only 86, so i can only speak for a younger age group.

I suffer with a number of conditions and realized that i needed assistance with walking. I did a test drive of a number of my friends rollators and frankly was disappointed at their fragility and limitations. I looked for information from the internet on rollators and discovered the Rollzmotion rollator. It is the Rolls Royce of the rollators. This rollator converts into a wheelchair extremely smoothly and with simple actions. It is light weight to move when walking. No rattling, no swerving in odd directions. It comfortable when sitting in the wheelchair when converted. I feel confident walking with this product. I decided i really needed to look in person at the Rollzmotion rollator and visited my nearest showroom. What i required to know was whether or not i could walk upright or would spend my time walking stooped over the 'handle bars'. The handles on the rollator/wheelchair were easily adjustable and matched my near 6ft of height and would be suitable for any person 5ft 4in upwards. I was already aware the price was more than the average rollator but cheaper than a good quality wheelchair. In purchasing the Rollzmotion I knew the quality of this product would last me years and have the added bonus of having it serviced if and when required. There is no dreadful chrome on this product so i will not have to look at any rusting on this product in years to come. I have used this rollator daily and i have the added bonus of not falling over as it is so sturdy but so light to move. I would thoroughly recommend this product to everyone especially if you require a rollator like me for years of usage.

to having a demo, purchased and delivered all less than 2 days. Amazing service.
Paul demonstrated 2 different products. Rollz flex 2 & rollz saljol . As soon as paul realised that my mother was not going to be able to lift the flex2 into the car he did not try to push the sale and therefore the demonstration was concentrated on the saljol.
Paul spent time explaining all of the functions, insisted she demonstrated to him that she could assemble/ disassemble in the car adequately for when alone. Not at any point did Paul try to push the sale.We were so happy with this product we ordered 2hrs later and Paul kindly collected from warehouse and delivered within an hour of the sale.
He ensured it was set up correctly, installed the back rest and ensured my mum was happy with the product before leaving.This product has given my mother the confidence to be on her own, enabling her to put in the car without the support of others.This company is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy.

This walker/wheelchair is fabulous. I can not appreciate it more. My husband has Parkinson and I find it amazingly easy to push him when needed. When he feels he can walk, converting it to a walker is a snap. Now my husband is never left without the ability to get around, and that is wonderful. It is so light I can easily lift it into our car, and it folds up small enough to fit behind our front seats leaving the back of our car free to transport groceries or whatever else is needed. I recommend the Rollz. It is a dream, the best item we've ever had.

Brilliant ,folds down easily, the seat could be perhaps a little deeper as my old one was ( not A Rollz) but then I suppose it wouldn’t fold down taking up so little space.it is easy to manoeuvre and lighter than expected without losing its stability

I urgently needed some air tyres for my wheelchair for a very special trip in memory of our son who died. Unfortunately they were out of stock but Paul found out and has gone above and beyond by sending me his demo model wheelchair with air tyres to borrow for the event, making sure it arrives in time and will be collected afterwards.
I can’t thank him enough for being so thoughtful and generous and for helping me to make sure I have a comfortable trip. It means everything to us and we are so touched by this wonderful act of kindness.
Paul was incredibly helpful when I originally bought my Rollz Motion about a year ago too.
