Fantastic service from the team. I was struggling to find a waste for my en-suite shower. Roma were able to supply said waste in record time and at a fantastic price. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend them!!

I've phoned their technical support a…
I've phoned their technical support a couple of times, the most recent in order to help set the electronic timer for my underfloor bathroom heating. I spoke to Graham who took time and effort to go through the various functions and settings, thus ensuring the system was working at it's best. Result, the bathroom is not toasty and warm. This is service as it should be, thanks again to Graham, he's a valuable asset to the company!

I was told that the thermostats I…
I was told that the thermostats I ordered were compatible with my current ones. The new ones were wireless. I was not informed about how difficult it would be to connect them to my wireless network. I have to figure out how to reconfigure my current network in order for these to become compatible.
