From beginning to end, a flawless transaction and service. I've seen their vans driving around for years. Phoned up the Torquay branch and got a quote and visit date pronto. Tom came round to measure up, week later he came back and replaced two blown units, and left me with the invoice, so pleased I paid them half an hour later! A good solid job, no flannel, they did what they said. Absolutely recommend them, hope they're around for many more years.

Excellent service from Roman Glass Yeovil from first contact through to completion. The sort of customer service that used to be the norm but is now rare. Staff were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to help. Would definitely recommend using Roman Glass Yeovil.

Just had these guys from the Swindon branch supply and fit some replacement glazed units in hardwood frames .
Didn't have to wait long for the onside survey . Then the fitters turned up as appointed , and completed the work to a good standard .

Have had experiences of dealing over the phone/over the counter, and have nothing but praise for their direct and efficient service, across 10 years plus.
They do appear to be very busy on occassions, so orders clearly get backed upped (like any walk-in/over the counter business), though I've never found them rude. Understanding this, I always try to make, and collect my order as swiftly, precisely and respectively as possible.
Our experience of our Swindon branch is that they are a good, professional and honest local business, that we can still rely on.
