I purchased a Roma dolls prams from an online retailer. I had a small issue so I contacted Roma directly. They went above and beyond and the issue was resolved right away. In less than 24 hrs I had the replacement product delivered to my address. Thank you so much!

We had a slight fault with our pushchair so I contacted Roma over email and they were amazing. Sorted things out the same day for me and made it so easy. I was helped by a lovely lady called Jasmine and really appreciated how easy she made it for me.

Brilliant customer service and lovely quality dolls pram! I put my email address in incorrectly, I contacted them straight away and Ais found my order and got the email changed. My order was sent the day I ordered and arrived the following day.
My little girl absolutely loves her new dolly pram and wants to bring it everywhere with her.

I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday but was concerned it wouldn’t be here in time so I contacted Roma Prams and spoke with Ais my problem was solved with in the hour and my items despatched! Thank you Ais 🙂

Sent an email and had a response with a link to the part I’d lost within a matter of minutes and jasmine was very polite. Really great customer service!

I ordered from Roma prams today, looking forward to receiving my order but I am certainly very impressed so far. I had ordered a twin pram, two sheets and one mattress and staff member Ais took the time to call me to ensure I hadn't made an error in my order. I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number but emailed them. Ais confirmed it was them and explained the reason for the call to ensure nothing had been missed. It was great customer service and true care that my little girl wouldn't be disappointed that I had made an error ordering. Also I ordered this morning and it is already dispatched! The first Annie pram arrived with the frame rusted in places with the chrome flaking off the entire thing. The little flakes of chrome were really sharp and actually very dangerous for little ones.
They sent a replacement that was just slung in a box without any internal packaging. On delivery the metal had cut through the box. Again the pram frame was badly damaged with large scrapes and scratches all over it. Extremely poor quality. A wheel falls off constantly when my daughter pushes it. Having 3 kids I’ve brought lots of dolly prams over the years. This is easily the worst quality, but the most expensive dolls pram I’ve ever brought.

Jasmine was so helpful in assisting me with an issue I had. No issues In offering a resolution and very speedy response. Great customer service skills. Thank you for your help!

I contacted Roma as we needed a spare part for our Roma Gemini (which we absolutely love!) I had the pleasure of speaking to Jasmine, who could not have been more helpful! She was so helpful and sorted our issue so quickly! Fantastic and friendly costumer service!

Not being able to see exactly what I wanted online the customer service agent helped me with my requirements and placed the order. I was told by placing the order before 3pm it would be dispatched that day. I was delighted to receive the goods before noon the following day. Now that’s service.

Do NOT let some of the negativity on reviews put you off! I didn't look at the reviews until I ordered then faced the problems of dpd taking my parcel, then thought great money wasted as I'm going to get no where with companies BUT I did and was a very lovely woman making sure I was happy and sent a replacement to a family address for me which was brilliant!

Great service! Quick responses via email, I needed a replacement hood for my granddaughters pushchair. Upon emailing and explaining to Jasmine she quickly got me a new one sent out. Can’t fault this company at all.

To be honest I was very skeptical of ordering online because of past experiences but thanks to Roma, my baby girls first birthday gift is ready!

Ordered through their eBay store. Was supposed to be sent 24 hour delivery a week ago. Finally arrived today. It wasn't sent 24 hour delivery and I've found the customer service to be extremely poor in dealing with it. Accepting no responsibility for its lateness despite it never being sent when they said. Took 3 days to just get a response. Once they have your money it appears they couldn't care less

I contacted Roma about a replacement bar for my Roma Gemini pram (my son decided to chew the original when his teeth started to come through) and I can't thank Steph enough for all help and support. Steph responded so quickly to my email and was really helpful providing me with the information I needed straight away. Roma's Prams are brilliant and so is their customer service. Thank you very much
