Excellent through out. Simple process to acquire quote using photos with a quick response and very competitive price. Was able to schedule installation very quickly and on the day a very professional service all done in an hour. Highly recommended.

As someone new to EV, I really didn’t know what to expect and naively thought it would be straight forward. Robin called me and explained in great length what would be required and that I needed to increase the cut out fuse to my house first before any installation could be done. That meant dealing with the DNO for my property who were far from helpful and sent me a very complex questionnaire to complete. When I told Emma she said she would deal with the DNO and sorted it very efficiently. (Just so you know, your house needs a minimum of 80A fuse to run the 7kw charger)
The Ohme charging point is now installed and the App explained. Just need my car to be delivered now!!

Robin & Emma's knowledge and guidance is extensive and installed complete confidence in thier company. All the documentation and Grant application was handled by them and just required some very simple form completing by us.
The installation was not straight forward to plan or for the engineer to fit, however on the day everything was perfect and just required the App to commence charging. Our Audi Q5 hybrid now charges from Zero to 100% in 2 hours. Best choice ever.

Romatech did an excellent installation of the Ohme smart charger.

As a new EV driver, Romatech guided me through the minefield of OLEV process and home charger options in a very clear and personal way. Its always better to build a personal relationship and this was the case from their first call to establish my needs.
Every other charger supplier just communicated by email and web, which when you are spending £5-700 on totally new tech is not good enough to give the confidence necessary to proceed.
Romatech's pricing was clear and fair for my non-standard Ohme installation and the electrician that they appointed was helpful, knowledgeable and did a very good installation.

I am really happy with the efficient and friendly service I received. The installer was excellent and his attention to detail made sure the finished job was aesthetically pleasing as well as a good job. Robin followed up with a call to make sure I was happy with the installation. I would definitely recommend.

Needed an EV charging point and was given Romatech as one of several companies to contact. I’m now glad that they were the only ones who got back to me. Robin was very professional and helpful and we managed to get round what I thought were issues.. the quote was excellent for a 2 day installation and the price they quote is the price you pay. Mark the electrician that completed the installation was also very professional, tidy and his experience showed. Even when encountered a problem, Robin came down to assist. Would I recommend, most definitely YES!!!

Great expertise and service! I ordered an EV so needed advice and installation. Emma and Robin were great - advising on the products and installing the charger the day my car arrived.
Being an old house, the installation had various "challenges" - but Robin was able to install the Ohme charger and added an extra circuit breaker (consumer unit was full).
Very knowledgeable, flexible and professional service!

Great service from one of the few companies I contacted to get an EV Charger installed. Most of the others didn’t even respond, Romatec called me within hours and the charger was installed 7 working days later. It’s a neat installation at a competitive price as quoted.
