Very helpful support
I spoke with Marquisa. She was very informative on the use of the product with the makeup I now use. She looked up my makeup products to see if they are compatible with your product. Great customer service!
I can't conclusively rate the product yet BUT their customer service was incredible! After contacting them with an issue I had with order/delivery, I communucated with 'Ricky' several times. Ricky went above and beyond to assist me. It's hard to find good customer service anymore, let alone GREAT customer service.

I am blown away with the customer service of Rome MD. I received a pretty prompt email that my product was shipped and it was supposedly delivered promptly. However, it was not in my mailbox. The post office lost my product. I emailed Rome MD and within minutes, I had an email back that they were replacing my product. It took the post office a week just to tell me they couldn’t find my packages. Rome MD customer service is beyond amazing.

I used this for the second time...
I used this for the second time, after a lag time of three weeks between uses. I wanted to do it after two weeks, but because of travel and houseguests wasn't able to. The day, after using it, both times, my skin definitely looked fuller, plumper, and more hydrated. And now three days after last using it, my skin still looks better.
I did buy three sets, so I have enough to use six times. I hope I see even better improvement every time I use it.

Product leaves my face softer
I’ve tried two treatments of Rome MD. The process was painless and and made my face softer immediately afterwards. I’m wondering what else I can do. I would be starting my third treatment if I purchased more.

It really works!
I've literally spent a couple thousand dollars on several other beauty products & they all failed. After using Rome MD after the first application, I noticed a difference! Improvement After Just 2 Treatments
Now that I have the technique down, it really does take only a few minutes. I'm not seeing drastic changes, but little improvements. I have been documenting my progress with photos, so after I do the 3rd treatment this week, I know I'll see the difference from the Before photo. I think I'll still need some help from the dermatologist on my big lines between my brows, but the rest should be looking good!

New Life For My Face!
Have been looking for something to give my 64 year old face a boost.....Into my second month using Romemd Face Lifting Serum. So far....AMAZING! The deep lines aren't so deep, dark spots are lighting and the little lines around my mouth are almost gone! Very easy to use, a little uncomfortable at first but quickly used to it. Very excited about the promising results so far!!!
