Don’t try to use a Groupon at the restaurant because there isn’t enough brains between all of the management to make that happen. Bought a Groupon it says print the voucher an present…we did but they had to call the lazy owner because they only knew how to use it on the mobile app.

Absolute awful company to deal with and purchase from.
I paid for fabric over £1000 worth for my sofa and I can’t even sit on it the fabric is so poor. Ive had it not even a year and it’s bobbling and piling so bad it looks 20 years old and like it doesn’t get looked after.
I’ve complained twice and got no where. They sent a man out to investigate who only took photos of exactly the same photos I sent - and the outcome was not liable! He didn’t even test and verbally said it was piling badly - how am I liable for this?? How can you sell a fabric with such poor quality ??? I am fuming

I worked there for 11 months on agency.

I worked there for 11 months on agency.
In that time I lost count how many times the staff said to me wow you don't stop and just keep working and that they will defo give you a contract.
Also in that time they have hired a new operations director, staff in the canteen and more.
I go to work on last day before i have some time booked off and they have a meeting, the main owner has decided to give all the ROMO staff a bonus to help with the cost of living but not the people who work there on agency getting paid less than the ROMO staff(I think there is 3 of us?).
I was not happy so i rang agency told them that i don't think its fair and that i want a contract or i am not going back.
the agency rang romo and confirm that just the ROMO staff are getting the bonus and that they do want me back.
Agency rang me i said i will only go back if we get contracts.
They are unable to give me a contract......
I no longer work there.
So if you are looking to start work with ROMO just know that it will take you a very long time to get a contract most likely over a year and if like me you like to work hard and do a good job then ROMO might not be the best fit for you.
I have also in my time there seen staff using crayons to color in fabric because the fabric has bits missing like it was printed badly i don't know why office staff would approve this but i just hope they are water proof crayons.

Claims to be a family business but what kind of a family is my question.…

I had never even heard of this company until I received a very nasty, foul mouthed fb message from a Nicki Henry who is claiming to be in a gay marriage with my mentally ill drug addicted daughter. I had no idea who this individual was until I ran a background check on her and the results came back that her real name was Nicola Henry the president of this company. I reached out to this company several times about this issue and they have only ignored it. This person has even went as far as to use a Google voice number to message me after I blocked her on fb and she's claiming she knows my secret. What she thinks she knows is beyond me but it's pretty creepy knowing this individual is trying to find out my information when I've never met or contacted this person before in my life. What kind of a person is this company allowing to represent them??? If this is what they allow her to do in her personal life I honestly wonder what they are allowing her to do in this business.
