Romobil purchased in June 2025. It broke down completely in October 2025, probably the engine went out. We waited more than two weeks for them to call and take it for service. After supposedly being in service for two months, it was returned in the same condition! With the same fault! after contacting them again, six days have passed and Romobilmax is not responding to emails. Horrible experience, never buy from them again, and I recommend it to others if they want to have normal service.

Romobil came in a perfect condition, only con is that GLS cant deliver escooters because of the battery, everything else is really good

They did not deliver model as per order.
They did not accept mistake.
Do not buy from them anything!

Send me broken charger , stole set of imbus keys and don't answering on phone calls and mails...

Very poor comunication. Not responding to emails. Order not sent for 12 days and not delivered for 21 days. At the end i refused to take package on 21st day because i bought from another shop.
