2 things missing, I do not recommend buying from ROMWE, horrible…

The clothes are very poor quality and I tried to return them and I got no response. Also my order in the app was erased and that’s the only way you can return them, I’m guessing they new I was going to try to return and decided to erase my order

I have only received one out of my four items?!

I bought a few items on sale and their return policy DOES NOT mention that those items cannot be returned. I contacted customer service and they said that when I was checking out it was made clear that I would not be able to return. I guess I’ll have to stick with those pieces that did not fit me 😟

These negative reviews are bulls***t. The clothes I ordered from romwe have amazing quality and are extremely comfy and fit me very well! Don’t know what the negative reviews are on about

I hate to leave 1 star!!!!! I ordered purses....I looked at the pics of them next to adult women to make sure of the sizes well when they came they are sizes for little girls!!!! Maybe a makeup bag!!! I will not buy from this place EVER again!!!!!

After scrolling through the site, I’ve noticed that romwe has been copying and redistributing designs from House of Bean. Stop stealing from small brands.

ive had a great experience with romwe. the thing i ordered came in a week which was a lot faster than expected. I just ordered for a second time a couple of days ago. I ordered 4 tops, a bikini and jewellery and the sizing was very accurate. i wear the tops alot aswell.

Never got order. I received a notice a week before it was supposed to arrive that my order was sent back. It was never delivered. Guess I'll stick to Amazon.

Where is the transparency?
Lots of items I ordered from Romwe came in SHEIN bags, I’ve just noticed that my phone passwords even show the SHEIN icon next to the password for Romwe AND the return label is ‘Shein.’ Bizarre

I placed an order in April and have not received anything yet it is now the end of June. I tried contacting customer service but it’s just a robot. I have no tracking number no update not response. It also says my package was delivered which it was not. Worst customer service. The robot keeps repeating its self as well.

I can get over the clothes not being top quality, there's a reason they're that price. What I can't get over is the fact you can't even track your packages. You get no updates. And anytime you try to inquire you get the same generic response "items are slow right now with shipping, we are sorry, give it a few days" I've only been told that three times now. It's been 35 days and as far as I know they're holding my stuff and it hasn't even gotten into America yet. Like wish, the wait time isn't worth it all. I don't recommend romwe in the slightest. Avoid with a ten foot pole.

I placed an order and on May 26 and said that it would arrive on June 6, nothing ever arrived, on the page it says that they delivered it and I can't get in touch with customer service because they only have robots, they don't have a phone number, or anything .
Someone wrote to me by email and asked me for the order number and that was more than 1 week ago and they do not respond to the emails.

what a joke ordered pajamas 5-24 says delivery 6-9 or 6-10 well its now 6-20 no package contacted stupid comapny no reply contacted again no reply put bad review out there well got a reply saying package delayed cuz of overseas shipment so checked tracking again which is finally in english and not chinese which it was until i put that on bad review and now it has departed the cayman islands 6 days ago no update on shipping ..oh yeah when they did reply to me they gave me 30 points towards another order yeah like im going to order from them again never again terrible company should be it out of business

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I placed an order for $100 and it says it was delivered but i didn’t receive it, so of course i went and contacted them. they said they weren’t going to help me!!! Now i just lost $100 and they aren’t doing anything about it. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!

Love my dress and shorts for my daughter, all looks lovely on and looks just like the pictures

I ordered some brooches, ice trays, and craft supplies and all were exactly as pictured. The brooches are amazing quality for the price. I’m really happy with my purchases and will definitely be buying again.

Honestly you get what you pay for - poor quality (usually) and low price. But cannot fault them, I've placed many orders and have had nothing but positive experiences, with shipping taking less time than expected and the items being cute and wearable.

People will complain about the quality of things but when you're buying a top for £5, you can't have high expectations.

My only recommendation is to stay away from things that Need to be high quality (e.g jeans, or jewellery) and you should be fine!

Such a disappointing first time ordering experience. Back in April I ordered my 13 year old daughter several items from Romwe. The next day, I get slammed with a $35 duties and taxes fee (Canada). Fine, I pay that.
Here we are, 2 months later, we have not yet received her order, customer service is an absolute nightmare to contact, and DHL courier has “lost our shipment”! So I am now out $165 because the Romwe customer service is basically non-existent. Very unfortunate situation as the clothes are adorable and within my daughters budget. Big loss for you Romwe :(

Oh my god, what’s w all these negative reviews. It either comes from their own fault, or shipping delay due to covid. My tracking also never changed beyond “Arrival Scan” but that doesn’t mean I’ll freak out. My order came a day late but it reached early in the morning the next day. Patience is virtue. Thanks Romwe!
