I have an order that says delivered…

I have an order that says delivered yesterday but I never received it. Now I can’t get a hold of them quick enough because the only way to do that is through a robot on the app I’d rather talk to a person on the phone. I’m really frustrated. I’ve never had a problem until now and I’m really worried about having to wait again on my order.

Data breach and crap quality clothing

After I just found out about the data breach, I went to deleted my account but I now have to contact customer support to do so, no longer am I given the option to delete my account from the Account Settings section. Very, very poor form. The clothes were also crap quality with very small sizing. I had to return 3 out of 4 tee shirts as they were way too small (I'm a size 12 AU and bought the XLs and they were around the size of an 8 AU).

DARK WEB CONNECTIONS - DO NOT USE

I would not ORDER from this company, nor JustFab -- they and others ly under the Umbrella Company: Shein in China. They do have around 3 warehouses here in the US. My Credit Monitoring co. told me they have discovered through the Dark web by origination of RomWe.com -- they have one of my emails & phone number. I contacted the FTC-- they said to keep all my credit bureaus "locked" & to "lock" all my credit cards + change my passwords on all accounts. I think this these are dangerous sites to use. The FTC asked that I get the word out. DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE CO. -- seemingly they are searching for your information.

The product was nice enough

The product was nice enough, for the price. My daughter loved her boots. However the issue has now started with the return. Return label printed off way too small and wasn’t accepted by the post office. Now seems very hard to navigate their website to try and get a new returns label.

Different material than I thought

I ordered a crop top hoodie and it looked really cute in the picture and it looked like it was made out of the usual hoodie material. However, I received it today (almost a month later than I was supposed to) and it was basically the same material as silky pajamas. While it is soft on the outside, I would have preferred the normal hoodie material as I paid a little over ten dollars for it. It looks like something you would buy at five below.

Nothing but good experiences

I use Romwe regularly, everything arrives within two weeks, cute clothes. The fabric isn’t the best quality, but it’s good for what you pay for. If you want super high quality clothes - then Romwe isn’t for you. If you’re a broke student like me who just wants to get cheap clothes that look good, I recommend Romwe!

I placed an order Dec 6th 2020, NEVER recieved it

I placed an order Dec 6th 2020. It was due to be delivered by Dec 22nd. I still have not recieved it. When I checked the website to get info the order was no longer there. Luckily I had a screen shot of it. I sent it to the company 4xs and have yet to get a response. Next step is to call my bank and dispute the charge due to not receiving the order and being charged for it.

Don't get high hopes!

Romwe is a cute and cheap place to get shirts, blouses, jewelry, and maybe shoes. Yet, I do not recommend getting jeans or any kind of pants on this site. The material is very thin on the pants, and the material on jeans is ok, but the measurements are very good. One thing I will say is that every piece of clothing you get smells like chlorine, which isn't pleasant to smell. Again this is a cheap company so honesty you shouldn't expect anything high quality. Again, ONLY BUY JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, MAYBE SHOES, AND MAYBE BLOUSES.

Cons:
1. BIT OF A LONG DELIVERY
2. FABRIC QUALITY
3. CHECK REVIEWS ON THE PIECE OF CLOTHING YOU'LL BUY, SOME SIZES ARENT RELIABLE.

TIPS:
1. DO NOT BLAME ROMWE FOR NOT DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE, CONTACT THE SHIPPING ORGANIZATION.
2. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS
3. BE PATIENT

P.S. THE PROCESSING TAKES 2-5 DAYS AND SHIPPING ABOUT 15 DAYS. ( MOST PACKAGES TAKE THIS LONG SINCE EVERYTHINGS FROM CHINA AND ITS RARE FOR IT TO COME IN 2 WEEKS OR LESS. ) I love romwe.

On dhl delivery

This makes absolutely no sense. Romwe gave me the expressed delivery for free so i pressed the expressed delivery and now i have to pay another 29.09. I wanted to ignore the amount at first but now if i don’t pay i won’t ever get my package. They have terrible customer service. I had another package that didn’t come yet and i haven’t had an update on that since dec 17. It is now Jan 4. That package number is: GRWMA600Q000X8W

Lost Parcel and No Refund

I ordered a parcel back in November and it still hasn't arrived (it is January now). When I tried contacting them directly, I was met with a bot whose responses weren't at all helpful. I am unable to talk to a real person and ask for a refund for the lost parcel and therefore lost my money.

ROMWE please help a girl out.

i’ve ordered from ROMWE quite a few times and it’s usually a hit or miss, some items are brilliant and others just don’t end up working out, but i have never had any issues or concerns until now; i created an order and payed for my items as usual and went to check for updates on the order and found out that an item i payed for is currently out of stock so the order is still processing, it’s been stuck like that for more than a couple of days and i’ve never had to wait longer than 3 days max for the order to ship out, ive tried searching around for a resolve but found nothing and i have no clue what to do about it. i don’t fancy cancelling the whole order just for one item as there are items on there i got in a flash sale for a good price. ROMWE please help a girl out :(

Item never received

I ordered something from their website mid November and estimated delivery was early December. I was planning on giving them as Christmas presents. It is now the 3rd of January and I still haven’t received anything. I have checked the tracking which hasn’t been updated since late November so I highly doubt anything is going to turn up now. I tried contacting customer service about my order and received an automated message telling me to check FAQ’s which I had already done and none of the questions there are related to my issue. There’s no contact details to get in touch with anyone other than the bot 🤖 on the website if you have a problem and I cannot cancel my order because I have already received the dispatch email. I don’t think I’ll be getting my money back or the items I ordered. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste your time or money on this one. I won’t be ordering from their website again, that’s for sure.

Update

Update. If you didn’t see my review before here’s a summary. I ordered on nov 19 the estimated delivery time was December 5th. Nothing came. My package been in transit for over a month now. Update: I contacted the company on Instagram. They told me wait one more week. Mind you I texted them December 25th. It is now January 2nd. I texted them today. Telling them my package has now been in transit for 44 days. Nothing changed or moved. I tell them nothing moved. I want my money back full refund. The company then proceeds to tell me just wait one more week. I tell them again I’m not waiting another week. I done gave them a week. I want my full $43.65 dollars back in my pocket. Where I could spend it somewhere else. They then proceed to say “wait one more week” then I just loose my mind after that. I don’t even want the package anymore. Not even excited for it. I just want my money back. This company is stubborn and stingy and unprofessional. If someone demands a refund for a package that been in transit for over a month. Give them they’re money back. This company doesn’t even deserve a platform nor costumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROMWE. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROMWE. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROMWE!!
