This is my second rotisserie after the first looked too bad with paint burned off and I call it my EZ-Clean. Forget the EZ-Store. It has a secure spot on the counter for almost daily use. I find it much easier for an old man to use.

We didn't have much of a problem getting what we wanted. The problem I have is Ronco say they are on Facebook but I never found them there.

Haven't used it much as yet but will be a great addition to Family cookouts

I bought this for a friend of mine it arrived quickly and he LOVES it!!! I'll be ordering one for myself after seeing what he's cooked up!

My order was placed on hold without contact from Ronco to me as to a problem. Once Shannon from CS got involved we worked the order out.
The only complaint is no one contacted me that there was a problem until I asked several times what the status on my order was. Ronco my need to add a policy of contacting CS if there is a problem so they can contact buyer to solve problems sooner.

The Ronco Rotisserie is a very good kitchen addition Had one previously and wore it out, would not buy any other rotisserie on the market.

I have been a Ronco cxustumer for many many years. Support, quality, and innovation has been excellant. I first learned of Ronco when on a buiness trip and was flipping through channels late one night at a hotel.

I was very disappointed as non of the knives were sharp as advertised. I was very excited about the showtime knife. It looks super sharp in the TV add. I couldn't even cut an onion with it. I ended up taking all the knives to a sharpening place and spend another $60 to get them. Sharpened. Then steak knives are good. The rest very disappointing.

I called ronco to see if there was a difference between the 5250 and 5000 kabob rods and they informed me that there was in fact a difference,so I ordered one set of each to answer anyones questions about it,only to find out that there is no difference .They measure the same length and compaired the two to find out that they are identical.

Although I had a problem with part of my order, you replaced the whole order promptly.

First attempt was not very successful. It will take practice. You cannot just follow the book and it just works like magic.. It seems you have to already know the consistency you are supposed to have to be able to play with it and add liquid or flour until it is right. If you are not familiar with making pasta just being told to add until it is right does not really help much. I'll keep playing with it and eventually I guess i'll either give up or learn what the "right" dough is.

I like the speed basket and would recommend them.
The only problem with Ronco was, I placed my order on March 30 and
didn't receive them until April 25.

Excellant shipping time and prices are in line with the lowest on the NET.

Your product is good, especially your Rotisseries. I have had one for years and we like it. The only thing that bothers me is that when you place an order you get no reply back saying the order has been receive or if it is even in stock. Then after some time you get an email saying it has been shipped.

Got these for my daughter and son-in-law. They were extremely pleased with them. They were so excited that they sent me a video of the skewers going in the rotisserie. They worked like a charm.
I will be ordering some for my rotisserie very soon.

Great add-on to the rotisserie.
