The trip went well, according to the itinerary provided by the agency.
Unfortunately, the location of one of the accommodations where we stayed for two nights did not match the program, and it took us a while to contact the agency to understand what had happened (and they were unable to give us an explanation).
The driver was always punctual and attentive, providing us with water and attending to our requests.
The vehicle in which we made all the journeys (many and long) did not have air conditioning in the back, a significant drawback in a country like Namibia.
The hotels were very nice. My suggestion would be to never leave tap water available to guests to avoid confusion. One of my friends arrived at the hotel thirsty and, without thinking, drank from a pretty bottle placed next to some glasses, which cost her three days of her trip...

Experience was fabulous!
Maybe we preferred to sleep in Sossuvlei instead of Solitaire. But it was good.

The guide was kind and he took care a lot of us.

We had a fantastic time with Roncook safaris. We were picked up from Windhoek airport by our guide Kuda who stayed with us for the 10 days we were in Namibia. He was brilliant! His driving was extremely good (and I’m not a good passenger) his knowledge about the areas we visited was in depth and very helpful which helped us enjoy the experience even more.
At every lodge and hotel we stayed at he would check us in ensuring there were no difficulties.
We did many tours and safaris on this trip and the whole package went very smoothly with no hitches.
Kuda is a credit to the company.

We experienced such an amazing buffet of sites, sights, culture, scenery, wildlife, history, with a great group of travellers and a very knowledgeable guide.

I gave the rating of a 4 star (would have preferred 4.5) as there were a few parts of the trip that weren’t great but, overall, it was an amazing adventure!

Great English speaking guide with very much knowledge of this part of the country wasn’t quite expecting the kilometres but it’s Africa

Great tour of Namibia guided by the lovely and brilliant Claudius. He was very knowledgable about a multitude of things from the politics and history to geographical features and animals. Loved it. It was all really well planned and organised and the constant supply of water was very welcome! Thank you!!

We had the opportunity to be a group of only 2 people. It was really a great trip with Zee, à super guide very nice helpful and always worried about our expectations

An extremely varied experience

We had a great trip. The hotels were very comfortable. The tour allowed us to discover magnificent places. Our guide, Zee, spoke French perfectly well, he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about the country, its history, its geography, but also about the fauna and flora, he adapted to our desires and our pace. Thanks to him, long distances by car were not a problem. It was an unforgettable trip.

I have taken 2 Namibia trips with Roncook Safaris and both were excellent! First was northern Namibia with a driver/guide and private SUV. Second was a self-drive to southern Namibia. Raymond Bere organized everything perfectly; the vehicles were clean and well maintained, the hotel choices were outstanding, and Raymond's communication and information emails were detailed and professional. I can't wait to get back and book another trip with Roncook!

Roncook Safaris was our tour company for our trip to Namibia. Our guide took us around the country and we did not have to worry about a thing. The accommodations were amazing, and our tour guide, Moses was extremely knowledgeable. This was a fantastic vacation and I highly recommend Roncook Safari.
