Worst customer service !

Received zero response ,no order updates,tried to cancel order .No Phone number.
Try checking out their address on a map before you order then think again .
I ended up ordering from a more reliable retailer ,just hope I get my money back .

Good overall

Communication is a little slow and no phone contact, howether correct item perfect condition and while 2 days later than stated still a rather fast delivery.

had to chase a very late delivery

had to chase a very late delivery, before being advised problems with payment.
Second day of using keyboard and am experiencing keyboard not working at times. Of course this maybe due to other factors. This is a replacement keyboard, I am experienced with this model, I will persevere

Bad reviews for a good service?

Bought Intel i5 10400f for a great price. Seen some terrible reviews afterwards saying this is a scam site and they didn't get their goods or refund I started to get concerned. Pleased to say I received exactly what I ordered delivered within the estimated delivery date given. Would use again.

6 days late... £250 Amazing savings

Sadly the service is starting to appear like a lottery... You may get lucky as 72% of people on here... Or you may be left waiting!

Customers service web message takes 48 hours plus. No telephone. Emails unanswered. So lucky if you get 2 messages read per week! Doesn't make for a fast conversation or assistance!

I purchased £1500 motherboard a week last Monday night. Estimated delivery Wed to Friday last week! No dispatch notification by Thurs night. So messaged company Thurs...

Message back Sat. Advising dispatched over weekend for Mon / Tue delivery...

Tuesday night nothing! No dispatch notification, so I assume that means nothing Wed either!

The saga continues!

If I receive before Friday, I shall up rating, if not I'll request cancel!

Update---
I received dispatch notification at 1am Wed morning and yes today Thursday I have the motherboard in my hand. I'm guessing it came from a European supplier.

So I've saved £250 on a motherboard with a UK retail price of circa £1750 using this company! That's really good and I can't ignore that.

My suggestion to the RonsElectronics would be to provide realistic delivery timescales and updates! I don't mind delays. But not knowing is annoying!

I have now adjusted my rating accordingly from 1 to 4. Delivery was 6 days late and communications painfully slow, but I can't ignore the £250 savings.

REFUNDED. So pleasantly surprised.

I RECEIVED MY REFUND. SO I RESPECT THEM FOR THAT. BUT I WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN. JUST THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BUT ME OFF. APPRECIATE THE SPEEDY REFUND THOUGH.

I have never had contact from this seller. No tracking number. An just feel like its a scam. I could be wrong but I just don't know. Seems very suspicious the way they deal with there customers. I will come back an change the review. If anything changes but at this point, I would avoid them till then.
GOT UP THIS MORNING AN NOW THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHICH I DIDN'T REQUEST!! AN THEY SAY I WILL BE REFUNDED. WHICH AT THIS MOMENT, I HAVE NOT GOT MY MONEY BACK! WILL UPDATE IF I DO RECEIVE IT. BUT I PROMISE ANYONE THAT THIS RON ELECTRONICS IS A REALLY BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. IF IT IS A BUSINESS AT ALL.

Will use again

Placed an order before checking reviews.
After checking reviews we were a bit concerned as the feedback wasn't the best, but all OK we got the item in a good time and for a good price.
Will definitely buy from seller again.

No peace of mind. I don't recommend

The items are legit, but the customer service is severely lacking.

There is one person who deals with all customer service, Liam. He is great but overwhelmed it seems.

It took me several weeks to get a refund, and I had to hassle them daily. I had actually given up and it wasn't a cheap part. I did go through the whole returns process and get my money back eventually.

Overall, the tiny amount you will save Vs other outlets, is not worth the lack of peace of mind and potential problems.

Seems Rons is active to try and get negative reviews removed as well. Twice I have been asked for purchase proof by trustpilot or the review will be removed. I have provided proof twice but still being asked

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Ordered three items with this company, chose them over the others based on price and the promise of free delivery within a couple of days.
Order was due to be delivered between 1st and 4th July.
On the 6th I sent them an email (all communication goes through a company called Zendesk, so no direct contact with Ronselectronics), received a reply saying they would look into it. After chasing for another three days, I eventually received an email telling me there was a problem at the warehouse, that I would have a full refund, and delivery would take place mid week. Email also thanked me for using 'Box' Another company! A couple of days later I got the refund, but no goods. Re ordered through Amazon, about £5 more expensive overall, delivered within 48 hrs.

Total lack of communication

Total lack of communication, no answer to e-mails, no phone contact number on website, had to contact the dispatch company for a way forward but still no progress, selling goods with an embedded virus is so wrong in so many ways.
