This is an update on the previous 2…

This is an update on the previous 2 reviews. My son went to the bank on Saturday and fraud team are investigating. He has the money back in his account, from the bank not from Ron's.

Today Ron's have asked for further info on the last review. They still haven't replied to any help desk queries and normal emails still bounce back.

Definitely a very shady company. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM not delivered

I was to get a £550 present from my mum on express delivery for 5th - 8th of September and they took the money we have tried contacting them and now the bank is disputing the transaction and is awaiting response from Ron's if no response in 50 days I get my money back as its not been delivered

SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

SCAM! AVOID!
Too bad i did not saw these reviews here earlier, as most of the five stars are fakes and the one star are obviously real.
I have exactly the same case as the guy below. I have paid for an item also on 2 september and one month later absolutely no sign of life from this merchant. Nothing delivered, no response from them and thats it. I am trying to get chargeback through my bank, but it takes time. Any ideas where to report this? Any advices are appreciated. Thanks!

SCAM!

SCAM!! I ordered a camera over a month ago, payment was taken and nothing has arrived. Auto emails and no response when I’ve followed up.

I have placed an order on 7th of sept

I have placed an order on 7th of sept. Express shipping between 8 and 12 sept was stated.

Have received nothing, have e-mailed numerous times with initially an automated response received stating they will het back to me within 24 -48 hrs- no response from ronselectronics in any timeframe and now need a refund asap to purchase elseware but getting no communications from company. This is a present and needs to be on a plane in 3 days!

Horrible experience that will now cost me £200 to ship even If i buy elseware once refunded!!!

No means of contacting them

Order itself was fine, but they did not provide an invoice and having requested one via their help form on the website and via email, I have not heard anything since. Even though their support email system said they would respond within 24hrs, it has been well over 8 days ago.

They don't have a phone number to contact so cannot follow up with anything other than email or the web form, both of which just come back with an automated response that they will come to you within 24hrs.

Worst experience

We recently made a purchase of a printer using RonsElectronics and have received the worst of customers experience ever.

When the printer arrived we found out it wasn’t up to our standard as it was very slow when scanning.

Therefore, we made an request to refund the printer, there was a link on their website for a form to fill for the refund, but I have received no reply or whatsoever after weeks of waiting.

We also tried to contact them via given email but the email was rejected. The mobile number provided for the courier service is also an unregistered number.

This all made us think the Company is trying their best to avoid customers returning the products even though there are faults or didn’t meet expectation.

We strongly advise people not to use this website to purchase anything on the website, otherwise do not expect you can reach to the company if you have any concerns

My brother birthday is next week and i wanted to surprise him with a new gaming mouse so i was searching the web to buy one and i found Ronseletronics ,Having decent prices and many selections has helped me decide which is the best mouse to get.

AVOID - stole my money

Ordered a few items and seemed ok initially, all arrived in a timely fashion. I decided I didn’t need one of the items and emailed them to arrange a return, they responded quickly with a label.

That was a month ago and I have received no refund or contact since. I’ve emailed them around 20 times with no response and they have no other means of contact, it feels like shouting into the abyss. They now have the product back and my money, tantamount to theft.

Really bad, Poor people AVOID!

Based on my personal experience, if you are on a tight budget and thinking of purchasing some bargain PC hardware, definitely AVOID ronselectronics.co.uk

My order was placed on the 28th July 2022 (Core i3 12100f CPU/Gigabyte Gaming X DDR4 Motherboard) and I was expecting delivery on the 1st of August 2022. The status in my online account showed as "unfulfilled", no dispatch emails came, and by a week later nothing had arrived in the post?

The only way to contact them is via a zendesk email system. Four days after I sent a message, I got a reply from somebody called Liam, who couldn't understand why my order didn't ship and he would get back to me. Another four days later I hadn't heard anything back from Liam, so I sent another email asking him to cancel my order, as I had been waiting for over two weeks and wanted to get my new PC built. I ordered the same identical parts from another unknown low-cost vendor which thankfully arrived promptly.

Liam stated my refund was being processed on the 16th of August 2022, but 39 working days later I've had no refund and no further replies from this vendor. My bank's chargeback/fraud team are currently working on returning my funds.

[edit: 27th Sept 2022] 62 regular days (or 43 business days) after my initial failed order, the bank finally returned my funds!

The fact that I had to involve my bank to get a refund speaks volumes.

Happy Customer!

Its cheaper than other stores and with free shipping i would recommend this store for everyone who wants to buy high end products for a decent price also the support is very helpful and has IT knowledge for helping you decide which is the best product for you.

I ordered a camera over a week ago now

I ordered a camera over a week ago now, it has still not arrived which I can accept isn't overly a long wait. However I have no dispatch information, no one replies to any emails and after reading these recent reviews I'm not convinced the order is going to arrive at all. Delivery said "express." Not good customer service at all.
