Delivery frustrations

Ordered a processor and memory from this company and they sent both out via Amazon delivery. Amazon are insisting on a one time code to enable delivery but I’ve never received this. Tracking provided by Ron’s hasn’t been updated to even show it’s out for delivery and I’ve had no reply from Ron’s customer service. Amazon have now tried to deliver twice, so if I don’t have the code tomorrow delivery will automatically get sent back 🤬

UPDATE 04/0102022
So Ron’s Electronics have now asked for more information about this review through Trust Pilot but still haven’t bothered to reply to my email of Friday 02/09/2022 about the delivery issue. Are they more concerned about their reputation than providing good customer service?

Good on line experience.

Found the whole on line experience very smooth. Considering my order was placed prior to a Bank Holiday the delivery was speedy and the 8TB HD I purchased was competitively priced.I would definately seek out RonsElectrics for future purchases!

I was looking for a new HDD and i found…

I was looking for a new HDD and i found RonsElectronics selling good brands of HDD for a good price. I ordered two 8TB HDD and they arrived after 4 days ,I Benchmarked them on my computer and the performance is good for a HDD,everything is working well the health for the drives are 100% .

STEER WELL CLEAR!!!

STEER WELL CLEAR!!!

Placed an order for x2 40" monitors, which were showing in stock on their website. Used credit card, money was taken. Received email 4 days later saying the order is on the way. No goods received after another 4 days, emailed them to chase. Got an auto response from Zendesk but nothing further after another 3 days so emailed again asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund be issued. Stated that I would be taking it up with card provider if I didn't get a response with 24 hours. Got an email from Liam the next day saying he would look into it and get back to me shortly. Heard nothing more after 7 days so emailed them yet again asking for a refund and threatened to report them to trading standards as well as starting a charge back with credit card provider. Received a refund notification email 2 days later which has now showed up on my credit card.

After reading similar Trustpilot reviews it appears mine is a familiar story. My advice would be to steer well clear!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased a WD 4TB my passport external hard drive on the 18/08/2022, item arrived on the 20/08/2022 via Amazon, Ronselectronics sent me a customer return item, the original seal on box was broken and sellotaped , the hard drive was in bubble wrap, the transparent case which was to protect the hard drive was shattered and the hard drive has a dent and crack on the bottom corner.

Emailed the above matter with photo evidences and a new hard drive was sent out and received on the 25/08/2022 BUT received a 2TB instead of 4TB.

Emailed photo proof to Ronselectronics to NO reply. This company DO NOT have a business telephone line nor have a customer service email just a sales address?

VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER and out of pocket !!!!!

Not bad

Not bad, order arrived as described with fast delivery, one thing not that great is after I received the order confirmation, I didn’t not received any delivery noticed or tracking details, it wasn’t quite easy to track the order status
