Response to Roobotech's Reply to my earlier review
This is in response to Roobotech’s reply to my review dated August 7th. I feel it’s necessary to clarify the situation due to Roobotech’s attempt to justify their fraudulent behavior. Although I’ve moved on, I won’t allow them to whitewash their faults:
Your attempt to cover up your error with excuses is transparent. We’ve been doing business with PayPal for years, using the same address without any issues. The problem is not with us, but with your approach. Instead of trying to save face, it’s time to swallow your pride and move on—just as we have.
We quickly found another business, made our purchase using PayPal with our same long-standing address, and received superb service—without the absurd request for photo ID or baseless allegations of an unverified address. Besides, it is not your job to verify my address with my PayPal account.
Continuing to justify your actions only makes things worse. Who would trust a company that demands sensitive documents like ID? Your actions raise red flags about potential identity theft or even criminal fraud. Consumers, beware!

Is very fast delivery I order today tomorrow phone come. I have no bad issue with phone. And as I expect this phone is from here (Australia). I have had experience buying second hand phone their price is also great but the original on that's phone is from other country and its making problems when update phone system. And all the app as well.
This phone is had abit of scratches but not effected anything related on the phone system. Im happy with it!

Quickly and Quality
Quick and easy fix. I also had other issues that I had with my phone and they alerted me to the issue. Also told me it would take an hour to fix and did it in 30 mins! Would highly recommend. I’ve actually been here a few times for my previous phones too!

When you brought in your laptop, it was experiencing issues due to liquid damage, causing short circuits on the motherboard. Initially, we suspected a battery problem because the cycle count was low, a typical sign of battery health and you described overall the issue you were facing. However, even after replacing the battery, the laptop still wouldn't hold a charge.
Upon further examination, we found that there was a pre-existing liquid damage issue, which wasn't communicated to us initially. We wish we had known about this from the start, as it would have helped us diagnose the problem more accurately and save both your time and ours. However, We fixed the issues at a reasonable price, as per your request.
