Scammers…

Agree to do pointing and some repairs to my roof they broke a tile a put a hole in the membrane and tried to double the cost and also recommend replacing half the roof at an elevated price! This would have ending up the whole roof lol
Luckily if didn’t go any further and refused the original work
Now I have an honest tradesman doing the work with the extra damaged they coursed, they also verified that they had done the extra damage!
People like this put a bad name to the industry and make a mockery of the honest people trying to make a living!

Beware of this outfit

This review is prompted by seeing our house used in an advertisement (“Round & About” September 2023) promoting their ability to provide a “new slate roof”.

These guys are scam artists (overcharging on work and materials) and cowboys (delivering flawed work and work that did not match the brief).

Despite the work being completed over two years ago (when they operated as Artisan Roofing) merely seeing that ad triggered yet another angry sleepless night.

When they left the site for the last time there were multiple minor and major flaws outstanding along with contracted work they did not complete. Since then further faults have become apparent.

We expressly forbade them permission to use the images they took of the work but they said at the time they didn’t care.

Please don’t put yourselves through what we suffered. We absolutely recommend that nobody gives them any business of any sort.
